I bought childs car seat with my credit card. It all went through & I received an email from PayPal saying that I had made my purchase from a Tomasz Skupien??? They said the money would not be taken until the goods were dispatched. I heard nothing from the company at all & a week later the pending payment had disappeared from my credit card. On calling my card company they said that this can happen if they don't have the goods to sell?? They said they could not come back & take it again as illegal. I could not understand any of it as they are still advertising 92 for sale. Do not use them! I was lucky no money taken but others might not be. Would have given no stars if possible.

I ordered an appliance online from Apouk and have not received it. I have tried emailing and my email is undelivered. The contact phone number is out of service, so I have no way of contacting them. I think the company is a hoax, so would advise against using them.

Ordered Microwave - they claimed 93 in stock. 2 weeks later no goods.
The website contains a fake address that doesn't exist.
After one month paypal cancelled the pending payment and I bought a microwave from Amazon.
After this fiasco I cancelled my paypal account and will never use them again.
