I bought four Isdin sunscreens online from this pharmacy, and my experience with them was truly negative. When the product arrived, it wasn't the one advertised on their website. I contacted them to return it, they accepted the return, and gave me the address to send it back to. I sent it back, paying €20 out of my own pocket. The address they gave me was incorrect, and the product was returned to me, requiring me to pay an additional €20. When they informed me that the address was wrong, I wrote to them to notify them and verify the address they had given me, but I received no response.

I spent €40 on the return of product. Not only did they not take responsibility, but I haven't received a response from them since February 20th. That's why I decided to write this review sharing my bad experience buying from them. I do not recommend them and will not buy from them again in the future.

I have bought Finisher Condrostop for osteoarthritis and paid almost 700 euros in two years. The product has worked excellently and although the delivery time has been a week or more, I have actually been satisfied.

Now I can't reorder. The product is still available on the website, but the order button is not active. There is no information about backorders or whether the product has been discontinued.

I therefore asked on the website's question form and wrote the same question in an e-mail to the company. It is now 2 weeks ago. Apothekegt has not responded.

They have now lost a customer.
