Shipped my cancelled order
Even if you cancel your order, it won't be canceled. They send emails at each step in the process to let you know when your package has been ordered, processed, packed, and shipped; which is great. I had replied to the email confirming my order to cancel it, as there is no option on the website; however, they choose to ignore it and pass the blame to their warehouse. This is upsetting because once your item is shipped, they no longer issue refunds!
