WARNING SCAMMERS!!!!!!

When your order doesn’t arrive to you they literally take the money and close your case.
Plus they have the worst costumer service EVERRRR.

WARNING SCAMMERS!!!!!

WARNING SCAMMERS!!!!!

I ordered my medicine from here and it showed delivery time 1 day. So I thought OK that sounds good because I really need it. The day after I get a message from Best transport that they "tried" to deliver but the door code didn't work. So I ran out and tried the code and it worked, I immedialty contacted Apotea and told them about the situations and they responded that the driver wrote that he called you but got no answer, well that's strange since I got no missed calls and I was litterally holding my phone in my hand and just waiting for the delivery.
They said they will send it the next day. Again I get a message that the door code does not work so they couldn't deliver, I called them Apotea and told them what happened yesterday and today and that the code DOES work since I tried it both yesterday and today, and I was sitting with the phone in my hand for the second time just in case the driver was "going to call". I asked "did the driver call me this time too"? The customer support said I can't see any note about it let me contact them can you hold, I wait about 10 minutes in the phone where it's absolute quite, then she return and says the central said that the driver tried to deliver but the code didnt work.
Really!? I go through all this just to have you tell me the same lie? She also said that the driver was in a hurry because he had many deliverys so he needed to go to the next delivery when he couldn't enter the door, but they will contact you and you can choose another delivery tomorrow if you like.

So third time is the charm I guess. This time I'm sitting and just watching my phone from the time that I can follow the car, meaning im sitting 2-3 hours just following the car on my phone like maniak. When it's finally 2 deliveries before me I go downstairs and wait outside for the driver to show up because apperantly he can't type a 4 digit code. I waited about 20 minutes and then the app finally said that I'm nr 1 and the delivery is on its way to me, so I'm waiting to finally get my medicine (prescription that I REALLY need). Then after about 10 minutes I get a text again "they tried to deliver to me but the door code didn't work (While im standing outside for around 30 minutes waiting for the driver), this was on a friday and since I've ordered my medicine I can't go and get it from another pharmacy because I have already "bought it".
I am so mad now so I said to myself dont write the mail to them right now when I'm this mad, wait until monday when I calm down. On monday I get a mail from them early instead saying "since you weren't home" or "didn't answer your phone" Best Delivery couldn't deliver your order, and because it's prescripted medicine coming back in return we have to destroy it. This is three months worth of medicine that no one have even opened or touched and they will just destroy it AND charged me for it too.

I am so mad so I wrote them a mail but I don't want anything to do with them more so I go to another pharmacy to get my medicine but thay say that I already "taken my medicine out" because Apotea have written that I have already taken it out.

My doctor is home and sick with Corona and I now have to book another appointment (like that's easy in these times) with a new Doctor that need to prescribe medicine again for three months when it says that "I just recently took out medicine for three months"... No Doctor that don't know me or that I don't know would write a new recipe after it says that I just took out medicine for 3 months.

This company is the biggest scammers EVER. Don't ever order from them, they steal your medicine and say that "they have to destroy it because of the law". They lied about the delivery three times, even when I'm standing outside for 30 minutes in the cold just to meet up with the driver.

This company should not be allowed to operate with prescription medicine, or operate at all. How can they even say that they destroy (Steal) brand new medicine in unbroken package now in Corona times? I'ts even a shortage in this medicine so not all pharmacy have it in store. Absolut criminals..

DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!

Shocking operation to deal with...

I would give zero stars if i could...

Ripping you off and basically saying its your fault for not being in or available even when no delivery information was given nor contact made by "Early Bird" who are also complicit in all this....

So I complained:

"Hi John, thank you for contacting us!

The shipping company that you chose to deliver the package delivers at night before 6 in the morning. They do not call when they try to deliver the package because they deliver in the middle of the night.

The package should be delivered to the door or the mailbox. The delivery therefore requires that your name is marked up clearly on the door or the mailbox. If the postman can not find the name on the specified address the delivery fails.

I can see that the adress you have specified is the adress for an Apartment Hotel.

As you can see according to the return e-mail, we have refunded you 387 kr. According to our terms of purchase you can see that products classed as medicine can not be returned. If they are returned they must by law be destroyed and charged. This also applies to unopened goods and is a provision designed by Läkemedelsverket for safety reasons. We reserve the right to charge the costs of the handling that occurs with returns, in this case return shipping.

Ordered some packages of nuts because…

Ordered some packages of nuts because Apotea are reasonable with pricing and has no shipping cost. Waited and waited. It took them 4 days just to pack the goods. Ke another 3-4 days shipping time. Absurd. I wish I just paid extra in a store. Time = money and Apotea doesn't care about your time.

Good prices - delivery takes 7 days or more

Good prices, but you will have to wait for delivery 6 to 10 days. Customer service not available evenings or weekends. Why? All pharmacies are open weekends, but apotea obviously cant afford to be staffed. If you not in a hurry and like to correspond with someone on email, you can still choose them.
