No customer service response

Meds came promptly and getting them was easy HOWEVER I had scheduled them to come a month from now and they were shipped right away! I messaged customer service and received NO RESPONSE and it has been several days now. I don’t know how to prevent this from happening in the future and I am frustrated that no one responded to me. Grateful for receiving the meds but why offer the ability to schedule their delivery if that doesn’t make a difference?

Everyone needs to know this …

I scheduled an appointment at my local dermatologist, long story short my insurance wouldn’t cover the topical prescription and it was $1400 out of pocket/month. So I thought I’d try this website and it was the easiest thing I’ve ever done! Filled out some medical questions and history, snapped a photo of my skin, and voila, a doctor got back to me and my meds were shipped quickly. $75 / 3 months! Fabulous experience, thank you!

10/10!

My experience with apostrophe has been great! Once I put my information in, it took Dr. Beasley less than 24 hours to respond with a very thorough and personal treatment plan. He read my information carefully and made sure to discuss exactly how to use my products and how they would help. Once I placed my order, it only took 1 week to receive it. They also checked back in to make sure I received my order. This is a creative and convenient way of reaching very helpful dermatologists.

They don’t pay attention to your survey

I had to pay 75 dollars just to fill out their form. Once I got my treatment plan it was medications I’ve tried before that didn’t work. Because I have hormonal acne they gave me a pretty standard hormonal acne med and it felt like they didn’t pay attention to my survey. Now I just wasted my money and want a new plan but I’m not sure how without getting charged 20 more dollars.

Everything was easy and great

Everything was easy and great. Just a side note- the topical cream was broken or doesn’t work. I’m not sure how the dispenser is supposed to work but somethings missing. I had to take the top part of to get to the cream.

User friendly and convenient

The consult was super easy and i’m my own time. I’ve been fed up with my acne and found these guys via reddit so I thought I’d give them a try! I uploaded pictures and told them exactly what I was experiencing. The team was timely in the prescription recommendation and the shipping was easy and relatively fast! I like that I can chat with my team any time! Give your dermatologist as much info about your skin/meds as possible and they’ll get you something that works! I work and Apostrophe has made it so much easier to get basic treatment without taking time off to see a dermatologist!

I developed severe dizziness leading to…

I developed severe dizziness leading to nausea and vomiting from taking the oral spironolactone, half prescribed tabs as directed within 3 days of beginning medication. What is concerning about apostrophe’s business conduct is the lack of follow up or close monitoring. This drug is foremost used as a cardiac medication, which can have cardiac side effects. (I’m a cardiac nurse). I’ve been monitoring my blood pressure and I know when it’s appropriate to seek emergency service care. What I’m experiencing could be very scary for someone not so sure of what they’re dealing with. I reached out to the apostrophe team before my symptoms got worse (mild dizziness to now moderate/severe dizziness) and 26 hours later I haven’t heard from anyone yet. In hindsight, it’s probably most responsible to get baseline bloodwork and follow up bloodwork, since this medication affects your electrolytes and kidneys. It’s probably not best practice to dish out a 90 day supply like skittles, just my opinion and experience.

Very Happy Tretinoin/Niacinamide User

I've been using Apostrophe for several years now for my Tretinoin/Niacinamide prescription and couldn't be happier. Their doctors are always highly responsive, I've gradually (oh-so-gradually) upped my prescription, and my skin looks amazing. I mix it with a vitamin C treatment and various serums for best results.

Easy & Fast!

Filling out the questionnaire and uploading your photos was so quick and easy. I like how at the end it asks if there is anything youve already tried/are wanting to try to see your input. I literally received my plan and response from the derm within a couple hrs which was really cool! I like how you have the option to edit your plan or ask for a new one if you dont like it or agree. You can also send a message to your derm at any time if something is not working for you or if you have questions. I just started my treatment plan so ill check back in and let you guys know if it works! Stay tuned..

Delivery was fast and I was very happy with the care plan. I just started using the products, but I am eager to see a difference. I believe that with the customer service I’ve received so far that should I have questions or concerns that they will be answered quickly.

Product is good, service is good the only complaint i have is the packaging of the product is pretty bad. The pump and container are both very low quality, weak and cheap feeling.

Can't Wait to Get Started!

I just received my medications in the mail, and I really like the fact that the cream is colorless and odorless, as I have sensitive skin. I also have epilepsy and so I have to be careful with what I can take, and Apostrophe is totally safe to take with my other daily medications. I'm a cashier at Walmart and I always like to look my best. I wear makeup to work, and I work very hard to take e everything off at the end of the day, but for a few months now I've had some acne spots and dry patches that I'm sure are work- and environment-related. Today is my second day and I'm so excited to have clear skin again.

I have emailed this apostrophe at least…

I have emailed this apostrophe at least 6 times. I wanted to know if they sell the spironolactone cream by itself. I have an item stuck in my cart that I don’t want. I also can’t add the items I do want. I can’t log out either. They responded once and said it was fixed but it wasn’t. After months of frustration I gave up. Terrible customer service and no phone support. I can’t imagine how hard it would be to cancel since they don’t respond. I made an appointment with my dermatologist instead.

Apostrophe is Awesome!

Apostrophe is a nice experience from start to finish. I was able to confirm my treatment plan easily and I received my medications one day ahead of schedule. I recommend trying Apostrophe if you have a skin concern because they are awesome from start to finish. I'm a very happy customer!

This is a Scam

This is a Scam! what a waste of time and money. My first time trying this and i was so excited when i go to check my status it shows that Dr. Galler skipped my consultation and i will not be given another for treatment. this is the worst experience and i will try other platforms for this type of service.. i emailed them to get my money back for the consultation that they couldn't even leave me a note or respond to me why i was getting rejected.

So far so good

So far so good.
It’s been a journey managing rosacea and perimenopausal cystic acne - especially when I wasn’t even a teen with acne. So far this cream has kept issues at bay on top of all the other things: water, food choices, Azelaic acid, & niacinamide. Fingers crossed.
