Apollo’s are great scooters! Definitely a head turner. But it also becomes a head scratcher how a Bluetooth disconnect during a firmware update turns out to be a controller replacement at the end. Aft... See more

I reached out with a concern, and Apollo fixed it very quickly and even followed up. It is very nice to see there are still companies that do this.

Operating your EV is a highly economic and convenient way of transportation. I also become very innovative because of the drivability your technology has to offer. The acceleration on the GO is extremely efficient and reliable and never fails. Very accurate and smooth performance! Thanks alot for the AMPs, really cool you guys hook that up like that, impressive!
Keep coming up with more high performance Electric Vehicles, and think science and sport!

I had an excellent experience with Apollo Scooters. Their customer service was outstanding – quick to respond, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I was looking for parts for my discontinued Apollo Explore, and they went above and beyond to help me track them down. It’s rare to see a company put this much care into supporting older models, and I really appreciated the effort. Highly recommend Apollo for both their scooters and their top-notch service.

About a month ago I was sitting at home angry and depressed, my old scooter had been stolen while I was out with some friends. I had already decided that a replacement was needed and while I was at it, I was going to treat myself and buy a scooter with a bit more range and speed. During my research I came across a review for the Apollo City and my interest was peaked.
After several hours of checking out different reviews and comparison videos, I took the plunge and placed my order. It seems like I waited for an eternity for my new scooter to arrive but in all fairness it took all of 7 days for my new scooter to arrive but finally the day had arrived and my scooter was delivered.
Every reviewer had mentioned the build quality in their videos and that was apparent as soon as I opened the box. The finishes and components all looked to be quality components but nothing could have prepared me for the ride quality.
Now, to be fair there were other scooters I had considered when I was looking at the City and some of those scooters were faster but as soon as I stepped on the City I knew I'd made the right choice. It has an incredibly comfortable riding stance that will accommodate even the tallest rider and that suspension!!
I can't possibly say enough about the suspension that hasn't already been said except to say that the suspension is like BUTTER!
I've been nothing but impressed with every second of my experience with Apollo from the purchasing on the site to the daily rides I've been enjoying.
Thanks Apollo for making an outstanding product .

Reported sudden veering problem after two months of purchase, took it to Dallas service center and the problem was due to bad bearings that needed extensive repairs and could only be fixed at Kansas service center . I am charged $350 for packing, shipping and insurance, while it is covered in warranty. Just crazy that I got a lemon and have to spend hundreds or even more to get this fixed and back on road. Have not been able to use this for over 2 months now with back and forth with customer service.

The long range and portability are a positive factor I was looking for and the Go had both.

I can’t say enough good things about Apollo Scooters! These scooters are not only fast and smooth, but also feel extremely safe and reliable on every ride. I even took mine on a cross-country trip, and it was the perfect companion for exploring during charging stops. The performance was consistent, the range was solid, and it handled every type of street with ease.
What really sets Apollo apart is their customer service. They’re incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. It’s rare to see a company so committed to their riders.
If you’re looking for a scooter that’s built for adventure, dependable for daily use, and backed by an amazing team, Apollo is the way to go!

I made a request to cancel my order without incurring extra fees. I wasn’t able to exactly get that result due to policies, however the customer service rep was very helpful in informing me about my other options to mitigate cost. Me not getting my desired result and still saying all this says something.

I purchased Apollo City in July of this year and it has been amazing. I have put around 400 km on it already and it has been great. It is powerful, smooth and looks really good. Regen braking is really good, using it all the time. The only thing that I wish was improved is I would like to see battery level on the screen while it is charging. Now you can only see a red or green on a charger itself which means charged or not charged. Other than that its been great. Very recommended.

Customer service is top , the product have some issues ( but tell me who doesn’t ?)

it really is the apple of electric scooters and nothing beats its design.
I own the phantom 2.0 and its such a well built scooter and the performance is top notch but i do have some feedback in terms of the com cable assembly, The assembly of the com cable is a bit tricky and if you don’t get it right it might not work and i think that’s what happened in my case apparently and suddenly it won’t power on. So here is where apollo customer service really shines, They were quick, very responsive to the questions and they just sent me a replacement right away without making me wait. This is something that builds trust.

Apollo is a fantastic company to deal with. Their customer service is fast, responsive, and straightforward, making any issues a breeze to resolve. The scooters are high quality, and the prices are very reasonable for the performance and durability you get. As a satisfied owner of their 2022 City Pro, I highly recommend Apollo for anyone looking for a reliable and well-supported commuting scooter.

The reason I have them two stars was because I like the product, but they have the worst customer support ibhave ever dealth with for any product. No phone numbers to call and everything needs to be done via email. It takes 3-4 days for a response each time. So a simple troubleshooting issue takes weeks. I would not have purchased Apollo had I known how bad the service support was....be warned. Even repair shops say this...steer clear and buy a other brand to save the headache.

I was looking for a e-scooter to commute to work on nice fall mornings when I'm not in a rush. I've cycled all my life and tried the e-bike commute thing but no matter how much you use the "e" in e-bike, you still get to work feeling like you need a shower. So I wanted to try a scooter but wasn't sure how I would like it. I needed something that could handle a ~35km round trip (and not give me range anxiety), and have the power to climb 1-2 nasty little hills (12%). I was only looking for something with a sustained ~30km/hr speed, so super fast acceleration or crazy top speed was not a priority. Given this was my first scooter I didn't want to go too high in price (encase I didn't like it), but I didn't want to go super cheap either and be frustrated by poor performance. After much searching it came down to either the Apollo City, or one of the Ninebot offerings. In the end I went with Apollo based on it being a Montreal based company, and because of the great online reviews.
It is still very early but so far I couldn't be happier. First time out, having never ridden a scooter before, I felt completely comfortable. The tires and shocks cushion out the rough roads and create a really stable platform. Within a few minutes of riding I was already going well above the speed I expected. In fact it was almost too easy, and without the muscle memory yet for sudden stops I could easily see myself getting into trouble. No worries though, I just went into the ap and changed the top speed to keep things safer. I still have access to the top speed if I want it, (it is so much fun on a nice strip of smooth asphalt), but I don't have to worry about getting carried away when I just want to relax and enjoy the ride. Battery life and range seems to be right on the listed specs so happy there as well.
I only have two negatives, and they are both ones I should have seen so no fault of Apollo. The first is that the scooter is much heavier than expected. I know the weight is clearly indicated on the website but you see lots of videos of people picking up their scooters and think "I can do that". Maybe it is me and I need to hit the gym, but I really wouldn't want to be carrying this up too many stairs. Luckily we have an elevator at work so no worries there, but if this is your first scooter and expecting to just pick up your scooter and hop on a bus or go up a flight of stairs, maybe give it a second thought. Although this is true for any scooter in this class so it is not unique to the apollo city.
The other "issue" is the front light. It isn't the brightest and I would highly recommend anyone planning on using the scooter at night to get an extra light, especially if your route is not fully illuminated. The light is fine for other people to see you, but not for you to see potholes etc. Luckily I have a bunch of lights I use when biking so it was easy to switch one over.
Those minor observations aside, I am very happy. Certainly a great option for anyone looking at their first scooter to commute to work.

Great customer service and somehow an even better scooter.

Quick response via email was knowledgeable and solved my problem immediately. The solution was not obvious, I probably would not have figured it out. Overall tone was concerned and friendly, inviting further interaction

The Apollo Go delivers on speed and performance — it’s quick off the line, handles smoothly, and feels well-built. The acceleration is exactly as advertised, and it makes commuting fun and efficient. However, the maximum distance isn’t quite what the marketing suggests. While still decent, I found the range falls short of the advertised maximum under real-world conditions, especially with mixed terrain or higher speeds.
Overall, if speed and build quality are your priorities, this is a great choice. Just keep in mind you may need to charge it more often than the specs imply.

From the website, to the ordering experience, to the super protective delivery, the customer service and finally the product - everything has been top notch!
The Pro is hands down the best scooter in the market. The quality of the product is unparalleled.

These guys are the “Apple” of the scooter manufacturers. The quality is just amazing . I weigh 230 and the Apollo Go has zero flex when I get on it . I feel comfortable enough to push this thing with my weight . It is very fast . I bought the Apollo Go and couldn’t imagine going any faster than the top speed . What also impressed me was the customer service. They are quick, friendly and happy to answer any questions . I probably asked their customer service 4-5 questions before purchasing.
10/10 experience, if your on the fence just buy . You won’t be disappointed.
