Amazing customer service!
Travis was exceptionally informative and made the entire process easy and hassle free. I was with my old insurance company for a decade and had so many issues with them, and Travis explained everything to me in clear detail to help with all my concerns. I wish I had switched to Apollo sooner.

EMAIL NEGLECT
My emails are allegedly supposed to be responded to in two business days. I emailed this company A MONTH IN ADVANCE wanting to cancel my insurance because I was moving out. They responded after two weeks to which I responded within TWO HOURS giving them the information they needed. This was in April. Guess what? IM STILL BEING CHARGED. I better receive a response to my emails because why on earth am I still being charged for this phony insurance!!! Kristen Fedorowicz, check your damn email!!!
