Carers are consistent, really friendly, hard working and reliable.
The management are client focused and make the care and me a priority.

Very poor
I can only state from my personal experience wth my dad and the Blackpool branch.
Very shoddy, carers just sit around showing no initiative, even though there's plenty to do, they don't even interact with him just chat on their phones and watch TV.
Office staff over friendly and unprofessional, you can hear swearing and conversations about other people.
They claim they don't send a stranger absolutely not true its happened on several occasions.
