Very bad products not giving the same color which I ordered

I received my order safely and in good time, but have had issues with a return. I followed the return instructions and sent back an item - to Germany at my expense! The item was delivered weeks ago and I haven't received a refund. I've emailed them twice, but no response. Not to be trusted!

EDIT: It's now October, weeks after I returned this item. I've tried contacting the company by web chat (2x), email (5x) and PayPal (2x). Zero response.

I've now had to raise a PayPal dispute. Completely unacceptable customer service.

Truly exceptional. Quick delivery especially seems I'm in the UK and product was perfect. Also got a nice handwritten card from them. Would highly recommend
