I would NEVER EVER recommend this company for investigation services to anyone!!!!!! Marcel is a fraudster. I paid over $750 for assistance in locating a biological parent. I received 1 snip of public local newspaper article from 1968, that I had previously provided and never received follow up after this. I have called, left several phone messages, sent several emails and get no response. This was a scam and I was completely taken advantage of. My money was stolen for a service not provided. I have given several chances, provided months and months of forgiveness and I'm fed up and at a loss. This has been since the end of last year. I'm so disappointed a so called "professional" company would handle business and treat paying clients this way. I'm heartbroken and at a loss with no further clues or answers after 57 years of looking for a father and now out $750. Please learn from my mistakes and loss and DO NOT hire this company. I also notice they love to delete their bad reviews too. Beware all.
