The software is great, the support is even better
The software itself has been really good and the developers have been really responsive when we've had questions or issues. The functionality is what got us onboard, the excellent support is what keeps us using Aplano.

This App has saved me money and TIME!!
This App has saved me money and time.
I am a restaurant owner in München
It can be difficult sometimes organising our staff members across all facilities, without investing too much time on making the shift tables. We have 3 restaurants and most of our 35 staff members are students ,so they need flexibility when it comes to working hours. In addition to that, we have multiple shift slots throughout the day : 8-12 /12-18/ 18-23
There have been times where I had to organise shifts for over hour every day. I would do this at home when I should've been spending time with my kids.
This App has made it possible for me to step back and let the staff members decide who wants to work when.
All I have to do is verify it.
Staff members switch shift between each other and I have more time to worry about the bigger picture of things. This is exactly what I was looking for the past 3 years.
Money well invested to save time for the more important things in life.
