I placed an order with two separate photos. I only received two pictures of the same photo. I contacted the company and was told it was an error on my end. I asked customer service why I would purchase 2 framed pictures using the same picture? I was told that alot of people do that. I don't know if this was my fault or theirs. Possibly the Facebook advertisement link that I had used for ordering wasn't working properly that the same photo was ordered twice? Regardless the company wouldn't work with me on it and said it was my error. I advise people to go elsewhere because these are costly mistakes and they blame the customer instead. For your information the photos that I have received are beautiful but very costly mistake of having two of the same picture is a huge disappointment. If I hadn't liked the picture that I had received they would have received a review of 1.
