I requested that Aphrodite hold my…
I requested that Aphrodite hold my purchase as I work away from home and wouldn’t be home to receive the package.. Aphrodite point blank refused to accommodate this.. so alternatevly I had my purchase sent to my neighbours house.. problem being if my purchase don’t fit ok I will be out of time to return to receive a refund.., I bought my item as was in sale and down to last one.. :(

I ordered an item (Paul Smith corduroy overshirt) to replace an item I'd unfortunately lost whilst travelling. It had only been a fairly recent purchase and an item I really liked. Aphrodite was the only website I could find which had the exact same item available. This was my first purchase from them.
The website was very easy to navigate and the ordering process very straightforward. Subsequently order-confirmation/dispatch-confirmation/delivery-window emails were all received. The item arrived well within the promised timeframe, appropriately packaged, and in perfect condition. Extremely satisfied with all aspects and would highly recommend.

Rang up the customer service to see if something that was showing out of stock was in stock and they said someone would call back. They did within minutes to tell me they found the item and the order could be processed right away. Very impressed and will order again.
