I have just visited my local A Phone Shop Help is at hand. …

I have just visited my local A Phone Shop Sudbury. The sales assistant was most helpful and efficient to solve my smashed phone screen of my Samsung Phone. Honestly he was quick and professional and put my mind at ease the
whole service had taken about 25mins.
Overall my experience was efficient and satisfying. Well done A Phone Shop. Nice to know there's help at hand.

A Phone Shop scam

I fully agree with both of the other reviews, they are exactly the same as happened to me. Kept saying the phone was on its way and DPD were the problem, then they were going to put my refund into my account never happened. I think the A Phone Shop are long gone now to set up somewhere else be careful.

I bought a Samsung Ao5s from A Phone Shop Ltd…

I bought a Samsung Ao5s from aphoneshop.co.uk eight days ago for £69 (a significant discount to other online offers). It was indicated that delivery would be made the next day, but it hasn't yet been made. DPD'S tracking information for the order has since continually stated 'Current Status: Awaiting drop off by the sender at the drop off location'. I have sent two emails and an SMS to A Phone Shop Ltd about the matter. Although they replied the same day to my initial enquiry, they didn't reply to the subsequent enquiries. They have claimed that there were failed delivery attempts the day after the order was placed and the day after that. I am highly dubious about this and didn't find any DPD attempted delivery cards. It is currently stated on one of the delivery status links which A Phone Shop Ltd provided 'Our website is currently under maintenance.' Their website hasn't been accessible for the last two days; Microsoft Edge has been displaying 'can't reach this page'. I had doubts regarding the quality of their communications, their emphasis on buyer protection being included and that they only appeared to accept payment by bank transfer. They indicate that they are an authorised Samsung retailer but I have found nothing, on Samsung.co.uk and through using Samsung's webchat service, to substantiate this. Oddly, Google Street View (2021) does indicate the presence of A Phone Shop Ltd at their stated address of 1a St Stephens Street, Norwich. However, more recently I have seen online photos that appear to show these premises as being vacant.
