Never received anything that I ordered for my daughter. I even went to YouTube to verify this is the true storefront for Aphmau. Quite frankly, with the MILLIONS she's raking in from kids idolizing her, she could spend a little more time making sure her fans aren't getting ripped off. I'm so pissed!

I've ordered from the company about 5 or 6 times now and they consistently don't send the full order. They had bundles of 10 mystery plush in the capsules. I ordered 2 and should have recipes 20 capsules but only received 18. I just ordered 2 of the tea cat bundles and did not receive one of the posters. Almost every order has been missing items so I believe it's intentional at this point. Also the tea bundle came with stuff that was not packaged in any way... a loose Keychain that was scratched up badly, a loose sheet of stickers. Customer service is very helpful and has always sent me the missing items but at some point I'm worried that they may not believe me.

The fruit blocks scam it has no cards

Bought a bag for my daughter. In the first week one of the straks broke. The "leather" crumbles and leaves dust everywhere.

On black Friday I ordered their hoodie. Low and behold it took more than the 2 weeks they said it would take. After contacting them, I recieved a full refund on the shipping expenses. They were very nice and apologetic. I had given up on recieving the package, however it arrived 2 months later! Aside from the shipping, the hoodie is pretty good. It looks exactly like the picture on their site, and is slightly bigger than their meassurements. The only thing that I didn't expect was the feel of the material. It is a good and heavy material, but the dye makes it feel cheap at first. It has big pockets and is designed to be worn outside. Now that I finally have it, I would say it is worth it on their sale. Be sure to be patiënt because it takes a long time to arrive.

I ordered 2 plushes 6-5-24 they have not been received, today I got an email saying I owed the usps 2 cents to correct my address, all I needed to do was give them my credit card and security number. Fat chance for 2 cents. but I don't' expect to see those toys or the one I ordered 2 days ago. Aphmau states no responsibility once the items are shipoped. Soyundsd very crooked to me and I hope but don't expect any answer from the company

PARENTS: DO NOT BUY stuff from the Aphmeow store!!!!!!!!! I ordered my daughter's birthday gifts A MONTH ago and still have no clue where they are. I have received THREE different tracking numbers to different companies in China. There is still no clear indication as to where my child's stuff is. Oh, yeah, and her birthday has come and gone.......I don't understand why there isn't more options to review this website/company. You can't find anything online that could have warned me.

Absolutely awful! My kids have been hassling me to buy Aphmau Merch for years. After a LOT of saving, I eventually caved and ordered $175 of merchandise for Christmas 2021. I placed the order a month early and was quoted delivery week 1 of December.
2 weeks passed and my order hadn’t even shipped. I had to contact a company called Warren James (who are they?), only to be told they were doing all they could with the overwhelming amount of orders. Another week passes and I contact them again, I also asked that they find my order and expedite it to be sure it arrives for Christmas. Another message to them 23rd December to ask what on earth is going on, they gave pretty much the same message.
In the meantime I contacted ‘Aphmau’ via Facebook on 21st December and have not received a reply to this date, I also chased them.
If the Aphmau store is so overwhelmingly popular, why am I the first to review them on here???
In my honest opinion, I feel I was right to be wary of ordering Merch from this YouTubers website, never again as it destroyed our Christmas! I ended up putting myself in serious debt, going out to buy replacement main gifts for my kids to avoid disappointment on the big day!
Oh and guess what….?! They don’t allow refunds, only store credit!! I’ll be having a conversation with my solicitor. Absolutely disgusted.
