I ordered wrong items ( case for galaxy s21 instead of s21 ultra). I realized by putting the bill, that I’ve ordered wrong item.
I wanted to send goods back but they replied that I could keep the item of the wrong model and they refund me a voucher as well. with the voucher I just have ordered the case again. This time but the right one.
I am very very happy!!!!

This company states we can send back goods we do not like. THIS IS A LIE !! You only get a voucher for spending more with their company, and the worst, theay put this on ecology:
"We have reviewed your request. A return is not necessary. You can give away the item(s) or dispose of them. We do this to keep the effort for you and us as low as possible. Nature is also important to us, so we want to reduce CO2 emissions. Every package that has to be sent back to us promotes climate change. We want to counteract this."
STAY AWAY !!!

I had ordered an laptop charging cable and in 2 weeks after I received it, the charge short circuit in the socket ...the item Seam to be original but not ...and after trying to report the problem,I came to the conclusion that there is now one to give feedback...total scammers this page ...recommended not to buy stuff from them!!!

In my eyes one of the tricky scammers out there. They send already opened articles and one cannot choose to return them just because they were open. YOu buy electronic stuff and hygiene related stuff (a posture vest) that was already opened and they expect you to just accept it. I bough aerial yoga rope whose packaging was open and seemed at least opened and used. I could not return it because they have no return policy just because you do not like an article. I like the article but at no to did I sign to buy used items.

Great service and got a iPhone cover for free when I didn’t like it, instead I got refunded and they didn’t need me to send the item back :)

Great Service! Orderer a product on my mobile, and wanted to pay with Twint. First transaction said "Bezahlvorgang abgebrochen" for some reason - so I started again. Order worked, but saw that I had paid in fact twice. Product delivered next day, no problem. When I wanted to write to them about the refund, and went to make a screen shot of my Twint transactions, I saw that they had already refunded the double payment. Incredibly attentive and fast. Very happy.

I ordered 4 diffeent items (watch and iPhone protectors) but one item came in the wrong colour.
I immediately e-mailed, and got a response back within 10min. Another hour later and not only had they sent me a voucher for the amount of the item but they also told me I could keep the item that was of the wrong colour. Super happy with this service and have just ordered the case again in the right colour. 🤩 Thanks for the great service! 💫

The product delivered was good and the delivery worked without issues. However, they seem to be selective in what reviews they publish on their website. I wrote a review (after contacting them first) on a product I ordered, because it came with a Chinese manual in a packaging obviously meant for the Chinese market, when the description mentioned an English manual. The review was never published.

So you might want to take the reviews on the website with a grain of salt.
