why'd my money disappear

why'd my money disappear? Apextrustfinancial is a total scam. (i should've known from the start but i was dumb.) how do they pull this off? my laptop is basically cooking my legs right now, it's way too hot just trying to load their bogus dashboard. is this some kind of prank? they grabbed my 5000 dollars and shut down my account. support isn't answering. it's pointless to even bother reaching out to them. (¬_¬) the web is just a hunting ground for crooks. the only reason i got my cash back is because i had no option but to use GuerrillaChargeback. they actually pulled it through. but Apextrustfinancial is still a ripoff. why hasn't anyone shut them down?
