Apex has improved a lot in the last years, I would recommend it as prefered Futures Prop Firm. If I had to give one negative, it's the time it takes for approved payments to get sent to your bank (in... See more

I have been an Apex customer for over two years and have purchased more than 700 challenges. During that time, I never had any major issues and always trusted the company.
Unfortunately, my experience has changed completely.
After Apex changed the way customers access their Help Desk, I was no longer able to log in. Every time I request a password reset, I never receive the reset email, which makes it impossible for me to access my support account or open a support ticket using my registered email address.
Since I had no other way to contact them, I created a temporary email address just to explain the problem. Instead of helping me verify my identity or resolve the issue, they simply replied that they could not assist me because that email was not associated with an Apex account.
This makes absolutely no sense. The whole reason I contacted them from another email was because I couldn’t access the Help Desk with the email that is associated with my Apex account.
As a customer who has invested thousands of dollars in over 700 challenges, I expected a much higher level of customer support. I am not asking for anything special—I simply want to regain access to the Help Desk so I can submit a support ticket using my registered account.
It is extremely frustrating to be completely locked out of customer support with no effective way to contact the company. I sincerely hope Apex improves this process because no loyal customer should be left without support over a simple login issue.
It's been a week and a half since requesting 2 different payouts and still haven't gotten them. 6 maximum payouts is wild. If I had known that before purchasing my evals I would never have purchased them.
I don't know why they make these wild rules to pull accounts. I didn't realize you only had 7 days to pay for passed evals. Seems like a silly rule to take away from the customer but I'm starting to realize that's what the platform really is. That's why PA accounts die after 6 payouts and each payout is capped. What the point of prop firm trading if they kill the account of a successful trader that is following their rules. Either way i think it sucks that i passed 5 evals and they took them away because I didn't pay the $500 to activate them in time.
Apex has developed into the best prop trading firm over the last few years. The rules have been improved, and payouts are usually reviewed on the same day and processed without issues within 5–8 days. I have been trading with Apex for three years now and am consistently impressed by how smoothly copy trading works with NinjaTrader. Professional! Keep up the good work, and thanks, Apex... Best regards, Thomas.

Payment is too slowly
Others platform only need 3 business days
But overall not bad
Great experience overall so far with them. No surprises on commissions, no questionable rules, or odd interpretations of the rules. Highly recommended.

Cheapest to fail… expensive if you pass. Their rules are tough and restrictive. Especially their DLL and scaling contracts size. It’s designed for you to fail… I have gotten some payouts from them… but there are much better firms out there.
Prompt responses, direct and to the point. Solved the problem or answered the question each time.

Apex is good in terms of pricing and consistency rule however Apex needs Instant funding, One day payout and AI in the site to answer most of the questions. I am new to prop firms As I am learning more and more Apex is not my number 1 choice anymore. I’m still waiting for my payout its already been over a week after it was approved.
This process achieved nothing; Verdictlegal resolved the matter within hours, reducing further financial loss.
Apex processed the transaction very quickly and the account was available to trade within minutes.

Great rules I finally requested first payout I do wish payout process was faster. Other than that the platform is great and affordable

The purchasing process was confusing for a new customer. There are both “No Activation Fee” accounts and accounts that require an activation fee, but it’s not clearly explained that the “No Activation Fee” option can actually save you money overall.
I also found the no-refund and no-swap policy frustrating. If a customer accidentally purchases the wrong product due to this confusion, there is no option to correct the mistake. Clearer explanations and more flexibility for first-time customers would make the experience much better if the goal is to retain loyal clients as the prop firm space is already competitive.
I liked the prices
But Wayyyyyg to long for payouts yall, its crazy how long it takes
As a dedicated trader who has successfully adhered to your consistency rules and received multiple payouts from your firm, I am deeply disappointed by the current automated customer service.
My account has been restricted from purchasing new evaluations due to a "Compliance and Risk Department Tag." I have strictly followed the risk management guidelines, yet I have received no explanation for this restriction. Worse, whenever I open a helpdesk ticket (such as ticket #1629849) to request clarification or a manual review, the system automatically and instantly closes it without any human response.
Blocking a proven trader and automating ticket closures without providing a reason is unacceptable. I request an immediate manual review of my account by the Compliance Department and a transparent explanation.

Good customer support, no complaint against payout denied, no strict rules
Thank you Apex

So far so good. Everything has been good including customer service. I’m in a PA account now and hoping to earn a payout soon.
