The billing is very misleading
The billing is very misleading. Too many account types and jargon within each that is very misleading. Once i try to contact customer support i am asked to login again even though im currently logged in. My login creds dont work for some reason when i try to get help. Go figure. Pass my eval and then its like pulling teeth to get assistance from anyone here. There are too many good firms out there to bother with these people anymore.

I’ve been trading with Apex Trader Funding for some time now, and I recently reached a big milestone — receiving my first $1,500 payout.
My experience has been very positive. The evaluation and funded account process was straightforward, and the rules encouraged me to become more disciplined with my trading and risk management. Once I became eligible for a payout, I submitted my request and was kept updated throughout the process. The payout was approved and processed successfully.
For me, actually receiving my first payout gave me a lot more confidence in continuing to build with Apex. There are rules that traders definitely need to understand and follow, so I would recommend reading them carefully and managing risk properly.
Overall, I’m very happy with my experience so far and I’m looking forward to continuing my trading journey with Apex.

The rules are clear and the expectations are well defined. As a trader, it is your responsibility to take the time to read them, understand them, and follow them.
There is a lot of discussion online about prop firms and their rules, and it can sometimes make things seem more complicated than they actually are. From my experience with Apex, everything has been straightforward.
If you respect the rules, manage your risk properly, and trade with discipline, you have everything you need to succeed.
