I ordered an S19K Pro 120th miner. DHL Express shipping was very fast. Excellent customer service and communication from an employee named Lisa. I recommend working with this kind and helpful woman and this company.

I am giving Apexto Mining 3 stars because while the hardware itself is legitimate, the buying process and customer service left much to be desired. I ordered a product and I can confirm that the device is authentic and functions as expected. Shipping works without issues and is fast.

However, there are significant issues regarding transparency and "truth in advertising". The product images and descriptions on the website did not fully match the miner I received. It seems the site is not regularly updated with the latest product specifications. When I reached out to support regarding these discrepancies, my inquiries were initially ignored. It seems like they hope for customers to simply give up and accept the situation.

Most concerningly, after I provided proof of the incorrect description, the company silently updated the website and tried to act as if the information had been correct all along, rather than taking serious responsibility for the error.

If you decide to buy from Apexto, I strongly recommend double-checking every detail. Do not "assume" that industry standards or typical inclusions from other sellers apply here or that the description is accurate. Ask for confirmation before ordering something. The support team appears uninterested in customer satisfaction once they have sold you a product and treat it as a necessary task to not spend much time on.

Great communication. Shipping was speedy considering the distance (CHN > USA). Price was great. Support was offered but not needed. The product was great!

Before you buy it.. ask what's the return policy and bills how much money does it for shipping and taxes. I ask you several times fix my unit and send me invoice … 1300 is rent money I bought two 9th nerd with rent money and just in one month heat sink codes come up now both are dead sitting as dead unit I told and I bought. 3 Avalon form one miner they send me 7 dollars unit price for vat tax 86 dollars for 3 unit shipping fee and you charged me 150 dollars for shipping plus 70 for vat taxes.. I don’t trust you anymore

I paid for expedited shipping. I was initially alarmed at the additional Tariff payment but soon realized the price was based on the value I declared. My miner arrived in a little over a week - the packaging was phenomenal. They took time and care to ensure it wouldnt be damaged in transit and I couldn't be more satisfied with the product. I am underclocking my bitaxe currently and still hitting 4 TH/s sub 50 temps. Will be buying through Apexto again. Jessica was very responsive via email as well- this company is legit and the products they source are high quality.

The attention to detail was superb. They checked on me to see if I needed anything else. They shipped very fast and kept me informed of every detail.

One and only place for me otherwise I waste too much money on AliExpress and one miner

It's very spooky when a foreign seller takes your BTC, refuses to ship the product you bought at the advertised price, and then ghosts you.

I made an order of a miner on 9/25/25, and paid same day with BTC. Payment was confirmed. Then, they emailed me to tell me that in addition to the $219 shipping charge, I needed to pay an additional $50 for shipping. (I live in a US city with an international airport, interstate highway, rail line, multiple freight depots, and next-day Amazon deliveries, but they said I needed to pay an undisclosed "remote destination" fee.)

With my BTC in hand, Apexto refused to respond to any of my several emails for weeks, including requests for a refund if they wouldn't ship. In fact, they never responded until I contacted them on WhatsApp offering to pay their additional extortion fee, assuming that if I didn't, they would just keep my BTC and never ship anything or refund me.

They shipped with a carrier that also lost the shipment once it was in the US, and I had to call around until I found it in the wrong town hours away, but that's only a little bit Apexto's fault. I will give one star over the minimum because I did indeed ultimately receive a working miner after weeks of delay while they ghosted me; however, it seems clear to me that they would have just kept my money and delivered nothing if I hadn't paid their undisclosed fees.

They also continue to spam me on email and WhatsApp with ads and reminders to review them (thanks for the reminder).

At the end of the day, getting the miner from a seller that didn't do this stuff would have been well worth any reasonable price differential - I would label Apexto "Buyer Beware" at best, and I would avoid paying with crypto or any other means that they can keep if they don't deliver a product.

Rena helped organize and send my miners and followed up, giving me updates and answering any questions I had about the process. All in all a really great experience! Much better than I’ve had dealing with other dealers.
