The company contacted me about voice search. I paid $150 to get started. Within 24 hours I had decided I didn't want to use the service and tried to cancel. You can't get a refund for your initial payment and we still haven't received an email about our request to cancel the monthly subscription. Do NOT give these people your bank/credit card information.

Most unprofessional group. Will never recommend them. They called me about setting up my agency on voice search and tried to sell me on a monthly subscription for SEO. I paid $200 then cancelled. Yet for nearly 4 months I kept getting onboarding calls on my calendar. I got the run around for months. Never again.

Scam alert they took my money they got my business red flagged and suspended never filed appeal , a whole month I was waiting And they were telling me they're in the process of the appeal back and forth with Google when I requested the receipts of the appeal so I could see what Google was objecting to they said oh well we haven't filed the appeal we're building a case "what" this company was the worst business decision of my life.

Had a call w/ Brett B
Senior Business Analyst - Apex Media Solutions regarding "my online presence" at the end of the call he was upset and called me a liar when I asked if I can get a call back # for him after I discuss with my business partner about their services because it involves $ and as a partnership I can't make these decisions my own. He was rude and put me on hold while I was still talking. I will not be considering Apex for my marketing. Brett is a bad representation for you all.

Apex Media Solutions failed with my company's digital marketing. Initially excited, I was disappointed after spending thousands. The project manager left without notice, and I had to initiate follow-up a month later. I canceled all subscriptions and demanded a refund. Customer service claimed work was done behind the scenes, but I saw no evidence. I still have no idea what they did. Ridiculous - it deserves zero stars.

Thy speak very nice trying to convince you but at the end they just want your money. I pay a lot of money and they didnt do anything the promised.

My business canceled the services in Jan 2025 and they have continued to take money from our accounts for services we no longer have. We also had to argue with them just to cancel the service.

We paid the money. We did not receive any marketing. It is weeks later and nothing has changed. Our onboarding call was just an extreme push for an upscale and large monthly payment which we declined (thankfully). It was a complete waste of our money.

These folks are a scam. They tag team. Try to upsell immediately....that the $219 1st paid for voice searches doesn't work unless you pay another $499. for more algorithms/search engines that need adjusting. No place to see any payment info for the recurring charges I never approved but they say I have. Then after a week of asking for cancelation and another tag team person who gently calmed me into staying with the company...got a fraudulent charge on my card. This company is a huge scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM - AT your own risk.
Their response is bs. They scammed me on purpose. In hindsight, I can’t believe I fell for it. Honestly a scam. Angers me that the6 act as if the6 are sorry for confusion. They created it and created very unpleasant experience just trying to discuss with them. Bad bad bad.

ƁEWARE....this is possibly the worst company in the business. Will take your money, not do the work, not show up for phone appointments, and when you call to cancel the service....its all your fault....i hired this company to get my phone to ring...they just took my money, and lied about the work.

This company is trash! They charge my account than calm I could not be verified on Google. I started using another company and was verified immediately. I have tried reaching out to them at several different times and have not gotten any kind of call back, feed back or any other communication. It got so bad, that my account rep would set appointments and than not send a zoom link. I am so angry with myself. I should have checked the references before I agreed to work with this company.

I paid for this with some expectations that were not followed up. I was told that after I paid, like $600, I would have it for good, which got me to pay the $199 for the second month or whatever and when I was told I would be paying that each month afterwards I quickly asked for a refund. They sent a supervisor to assure me that I was working with very experienced people and I would hear the phone ringing as people would see my web site and traffic would be coming in. I did have a very kind and knowledgeable person named Jaddy helping me. She gave me some discounts and addmittedly, I did not follow up on a few things she'd asked me to do, but I didn't really want to spend the time loading a sinking ship. This company tricked me into this before and I fell for it again. My bad.

Terrible experience. They claimed I wouldn’t be able to apply for my business on Google again for two years because they “handle it,” which is completely false. Google doesn’t give exclusive rights to agencies — I found out I can manage my own listing anytime. They also told me my LLC operating agreement didn’t mean anything, which shows they either don’t understand business law or were trying to take advantage. When I asked questions, they laughed like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Extremely unprofessional and misleading — wouldn’t recommend them to any business owner. As a Texas owner, DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I will admit to very few computer skills, which is why I thought "Apex" might help, it turned into a near $4000.00 mistake. They offer services for $399.95 a month, "cancel any time" or if you pay for a year up front they will provide service for the life of your company. That sounded like a no brainer. Boy was I wrong. During the first month my profile views were down 76% 2nd month down 79% 3rd month down 53% 4th month down 58% DOWN FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR WHEN I HAD BEEN COMPLETELY IGNORING MY GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE. So I called and asked them to stop. I offered to pay them the $399.95 per month for the first six months, and to return the $299.95 per month that the contract reverted to upon the up front payment. As I climbed the chain from customer service (very kind and empathetic, "oh I'm so sorry I understand completely) to the first manager who informed me that I purchased a product, software, not a service. This was news to me, in +/- 10 previous conversations/meetings no one mentioned purchasing software. This manager apparently did not hear or completely ignored my questions and reverted to the script. The same happened at the next, no answers to my questions just a continued recitation of the script, this second manager said they could not stop what they were providing me, and they would not refund my money for what they were doing.
They could not stop what they were doing? Could not stop? How is that possible. How could they not just remove from the system and do no more work on my behalf. That is simply not believable.
I'm not certain if the whole thing is due to my ignorance, some sort of generational miscommunication, their incompetence, their own self deception or outright fraud. I really don't know. The bottom line is I'm out about $4000. I asked them to do what think is the right thing after putting me through 6 or so tortuous meetings and 6 months of completely unacceptable results.
Oh, one more thing, yesterday my google business profile was suspended. huh? I have no clue how to fix that.
That is a pretty accurate review of my experience with APEX I wish I never answered the phone.

They cold called my husband. Asked for a card to hold the appt. Immediately, charged $399.99 dollars which was unauthorized. We immediately called to straighten it out & were told our account was marked as flagged & a supervisor would call us to refund. 4 days later, they finally answered their phone again to.tell us that they would only refund $100 because they had been working on the account without authorization.

Apex Media Solutions is a ripoff. They are playing games. They set up two appointments with me, and no one showed up for the appointments
In the meantime, they continue to withdraw money from my account.
People should avoid this business. They don't keep their promises

We are a property Management and we had a rude representative assigned "Julia" she claimed to be the scheduling representative. She talks over you and her language is not very professional. She was told to please reschedule and we requested someone else but she said oh no girl I' am the only one I cant transfer you to someone else" She said oh no I'm good" when we asked to reschedule again she hanged up. As a new customer we decided to cancel the services we couldn't start due to an unfit employee. Poor customer service!
