Working with Zack was quite…

Working with Zack was quite encouraging. He is attentive to individual stories and has a way to spin the narrative so it renders meaning. His approach is methodical, organized, and succinct. For sure taking ownership of your work plus content is necessary for a satisfactory outcome. So is important to set reasonable expectations, and make space to organize your content and time to rewrite once done. I trust Zack with complex issues and serious matters, as his insightful listening and writing make it easier to have a discussion and command the narrative on paper.

Zack has a unique ability to capture the thoughts of a writer and follow the thinking pattern All the way into accurate form without changing original content. He's prompt in contact and great at following up and with great ideas to make things better but listens well. I enjoy the interaction and the easy way and calm demeaner and will be doing a 2nd project with him soon.
