I was looking to buy a mini SUV and first I went to Hitchin Audi. With my budget they showed me cars with just a shell with no modern technologies. They took a 500 refundable deposit to do a credit check. It didn't work out for me because I was looking for a particular feature BLISS. I've been requesting for the refund since last few days. They were like we won't refund and you have to buy a car from us. I had to call them 100 times, multiple emails, beg and call their head office. Still haven't received it. I almost gave up to buy a car as this incident was too much for me.

I found this Volvo CX-40 on Autotrader. Even though my credit score didn't go through at first attempt with Volvo, Apex found me a good deal and the car was absolute best with soo many new features and a sunroof. I didn't know a car can be bought so easily. They didn't pressurise me like how Audi Hitchin did. The whole process was soo smooth. Thank you Marcus Edginton and David for all the help. Will come back to you and will definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

Recently brought a vehicle from APEX cars direct, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I went to view the BMW on the bank Holiday and instantly fell in love with it. After agreeing to purchase it and bare in mind I had another vehicle on finance, my mind was put at ease as MARCUS said not to worry we can sort all of that and it felt like a massive pressure was taken off my shoulders. Finally the day had arrived when I could collect my BMW, I felt like a little kid In a candy store, and MARCUS was fantastic so polite and such an amazing person from start to finish. Unfortunately driving my vehicle home which is a 40 minute journey, I noticed a knocking noise and instantly informed MARCUS. His reply was pretty much instant as it was all done over what's app. He apologised and said " that should of never have happened I'm really sorry" he said in the message to bring it back the next day and he would get it fixed and in top working order to make sure I am happy with it once more ( a courtesy car was provided ) As I've pretty much written a small novel I can't express the joy and smoothness I felt dealing with APEX cars. Thank you so much MARCUS and the team. You are all worth your weight in gold! I would definitely be buying from yourselves again in the future.

Car was ready to test drive, I was informed throughout the whole process and the car was waiting for me on collection day.

Also being offered coffee, and then soft drink and snack kept my daughter happy.

The 335D Tourer I purchased was immaculately prepared with all the top spec to include the M Sport body kit fitted by Apex. All in all a very happy chappy with my car. Very easy process from the get go, Marcus was really good with staying in touch and telling me everything about the vehicle. When I collected it David looked after me the car looked immaculate and the handover process was really quick and straightforward! Everyone involved was extremely professional throughout. I love the E class too!

I cannot speak highly enough of my purchase and experience with Apex Cars Direct. From the moment I reserved my Porsche last Thursday I drove it away all paperwork done on Saturday morning!! Not bad in all car prep was average but dot offer to rectify but got it done elsewhere neither slating or recommending it’s buying a used car !

My recent purchase from Apex was a very desirable Audi TTRS. From the first phone call to the final collection was seamless! Didn't at any time feel pressured from Marcus and ultimately David, when completing this purchase. Trust in being allowed to road test it, without a chaperone, felt very good indeed. Everything promised at the initial viewing was carried out giving complete peace of mind. Which included a full service with original parts, alloys presented as promised and the final detail and presentation was exceptional. The look and feel of the premises also added to the confidence gained at time of initial viewing. A an extremely both friendly and professional service. This was my first experience of buying a car directly from Apex Cars Direct.
I was provided with all the information required and history of the vehicle, the purchase and negotiation process was smooth and satisfying.
The Car arrived looking lovely and exactly as the photos had shown. Andrew the driver who delivered my car to my house was extremely courteous, and informative with the handover. The updates and emails and follow up from Marcus to make sure I was happy with my car was also very reassuring and pleasant to receive.
I would highly recommend them and would have no doubt in buying another vehicle from Marcus and Apex Cars Direct.

It was a very good experience purchasing from Apex! I was given all the info I asked for on the phone before arranging to view the car, and when I visited in person there was no hard sell, I was left to inspect the car in my own time and allowed a decent test drive with no pressure to keep it short. The car was given a new MOT and several parts were replaced as part of the inspection/service before I collected it, giving me peace of mind, and it looked stunning. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I had to chase for a response to a couple of questions I'd emailed, and they forgot to clean a patch of sticky residue in the glovebox, but it certainly wouldn't prevent me recommending them.
