I recently brought a used Audi Q3 from Apex cars direct
All the deal was done over the Internet and by telephone with Marcus without actually seeing the Q3 until it was paid for and delivered to my home address
I had confidence in Marcus that the new vehicle would be exactly as described
I had nothing to worry about the vehicle was absolutely bob on and the whole sales process including my px was easy and uncomplicated unlike a lot of main dealers who tie themselves up in knots with process and paperwork
I will be looking for another Audi later on in the year and will definitely deal with Apex and Marcus again as they definitely turn their vehicles out to a high standard

Marcus and his team helped me so much in sorting me a new car which I've never done before and after losing my husband last year I was very scared and nervous what to do but I couldn't find car locally that I liked and this car were hour and half away, but the car looked great they talked me through everything and kept me informed daily, they delivered car few days later took mine and I love it, so helpful even done change of plates so I could keep my husbands, they went above and beyond to help me even feel like marcus is a friend now, I will 100% recommend and next time I buy a car it will be from them, thank you so much for looking after me marcus and apex cars your amazing xx

This was my first purchase from Apex Cars and the whole process went very smoothly. Everyone I was in contact with was helpful and curteous. The car, which I picked up from their base in Swindon, was beautifully presented both inside and out. I will make a point of checking out their inventory the next time I am thinking of upgrading my car

I bought my car from Apex in early October 2023, Marcus was exceptionally helpful, as I was unable to visit the show rooms he provided a very thorough walk around video of the car within hours, and talked through the purchase by phone, arranging delivery of my car a few days later. It arrived promptly and in show room condition! I've enjoyed 3 months of owning this car with no issues. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Apex Cars and Marcus. Thanks!

Having spent considerable time in viewing used Mercedes across the country, with the vast majority no where near as advertised, it was refreshing to engage with APEX Cars Direct and specifically Marcus. What stood out was the consultative approach, knowledge of the car/s and professional approach. Which made for a very 'smooth' selling/buying process.
For an industry blighted by bandits, APEX stand out and have set the bar to where it needs to be - top draw!

Smooth process starting with CARPLUS Finance who directed me to Apex as “Trusted” dealer, information very prompt and as promised it was accurate! Videos pictures, background reports when requested, they couldn’t do enough.
Travelled from Scotland so this had to be right . Received the best price for my trade with no haggling.

My initial enquiry was over the phone with Marcus, he was very knowledgeable about both the car I was enquiring about and my potential part exchange.
We agreed a deal and my new car was delivered with my p/x collected.
Everything that was agreed over the phone was done. I found the dealership to be very professional with a spotless showroom housing well presented cars.
