Quan hodge excellent helpful and happy with my experience

The last two years I was servicing my Van by them, at the beginning they were good with price and service,but the last Three times in few months not good anymore. 1-Motor oil change 2x in 2months time? because after the first time I had to refill oil every week because the motor was leaking. when I asked after second time oil change why was leaking?he said we cleaned and you come back in one week to check. I mean when you look to the engine you can easily see why and from where it’s leaking? Guess his employee had not tidied the carter bolt good enough the first time.He said it’s not only the engine but also gearbox is leaking oil and I had to replace the carter and gearbox oil . Asked why was gearbox leaking? I don’t know it’s plastic or maybe the washer ring 🤗2-They changed the wheel bearing which was defect and directly after that I felt the Van doesn’t have 100% it’s power anymore and was dancing while driving because the wheel balance was not good anymore, so I had to balance it somewhere else and in one week was a brake caliper defect! Which explains the less power feeling directly after reparation because the caliper engages all the time the brake pads like you push on brakes. 3- I bought a caliper and he said it’s better to change both of them which 1peace costs 2000dk. I know Brake discs and pads you have to change both sides but caliper? really not necessary!
And it’s not nice to hear when he said I only calculated you 2hours okay? which I was 9:30 and when finished and was paying him the time was 11.15! He said it on a way that I should be thankfull to him that he only calculated me 2 hours working time and it’s not yet 2h from my arriving to them 👎 🤗. At all Bad experience when you believe them and pay them and tipped the employees every time and they give you the feeling like they are clever and don’t need to explain and be accountable when they messed up!and give you the feeling like you are stupid!😤 because you can’t prove that they messed up. I can’t recommend Apex auto to anyone!!!!👎
