Hi Darren. Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. This was an automatic service review. The frustrating thing about this review is you have previously ordered from us and ignored the automatic trust pilot review. I can only presume your reasoning behind the review was the slower than normal delivery. Your order was placed at 06:36 on Tuesday 13th, this was packed and sent at 15:40 on the same day. Unfortunately due to Royal Mail strikes there is inevitable delays to the postal network with all delivery companies. Royal Mail strike days are the 14th / 15th / 23rd / 24th of December , at an absolute guess I would of thought you would receive your order on the week leading up to Christmas. As much as i appreciate your frustration on the slower than normal delivery a 2 star review is not justified towards a business that has completed an order on the same day as being ordered.

Ordered vape and liquid the next day it got delivered straight away. They messaged me to say a certain stock wasn't in so I described what I liked they chose the liquid and very satisfied with it.
