I have had excellent customer service from the day I purchased my speakers. When I recently ran into an issue with my subwoofer -- at least 15 years later -- the technician called me back within hours, and spent time with me to diagnose the problem, and recommend a solution.
Now everything is up and running again. I couldn't be happier.

Fast shipping with excellent packaging. Great to open cardboard box and see the extra care taken to keep speakers from damage. Beautiful speaker cabinets. Sound is awesome from these 8 inch bookshelf speakers using a anthem int 225. Saving for the versus 8 inch towers.

I purchased a set of Intimus speakers in 2007. Decided to upgrade 2 of them to the Verus III. Added in an amp, E2. Everything arrives as ordered. The Aperion tech helped me over the phone to set up the E2 amp. The system is wonderful. Very happy with the speakers and amp.
It’s got the wow factor in sound and appearance.

I had enjoyed my Aperion speaker system for several years when a couple of the crossovers in the bookshelf speakers went bad. I contacted customer service and expected the usual stall or run around.
