ordered fridgefreezer said order was on its way should take between 8 to 10 days after 14 days tried emailing them but email came back saying could not deliver as email address did not exist haven't heard anything my daughter googled reviews and said they were a fake company do not buy anything of them luckily I paid with my credit card so getting my money so please don't buy of them my daughters noticed there still advertiseing on Google

Do not buy from here, I ordered a ninja fryer did not arrive, had to call the fraud office at Santander to get my money back SCAM

Please do not buy anything off this website. I placed an order on the 14th July 23 for a Samsung fridge freezer. It didn’t come because this site is fake. I placed an order before I read the reviews and thought it was safe because it was on google. Even the email I got was order number 2341 didn’t have my name on the email or not even a receipt. I have spoken to my bank NatWest and they can’t help me because they don’t believe me. I reported them to fraud action and no point in sending them emails has you will get a email back saying the email address is undeliverable

scam, fridge freezer never arrived, do not buy from there, FRAUDSTERS, investigation started with bank.

Ordered air fryer on 18/7/2023, nothing since, total scam, emails, phone calls nothing not a word, absolutely gutted should have known better, try to claim money bank though bank, avoid at all costs.

I fear I’m another victim of this Scam company. Ordered & paid for a Ninja Air Fryer on 11.7.23 £160.
Not been delivered and only initial email was responded to with information regarding Lightning Couriers.

Hi there bought a fridgefreezer through Klarna app assuming all sellers were vetted .No answer to Email/phone/text after 3 weeks I've asked Klarna to step in .Definitely scammers.

FAKE FAKE FAKE website - DO NOT BUY anything from them. They used my Limited Company Name and address to set up this fake wbsite - reported to the Police and to NCSC JUST NOW.

Knew this was too good to be true. Disoite raised from bank. No fridge freezer!!

Not worth the stress Do not buy from this company. Ordered a fridge freezer on the 10th July different tracking numbers. First said 3 days delivery then said 7 days then another later date. Tried multiple times to get contact now email is not sending no longer known. Very suspicious details Apekstore.com online site. Money came out with Albion store Ilford and trading as aknor uk trading in Romford Essex. Have reported to citizens advice trading standards, waiting for dispute with bank and now out of pocket!!!!! Disgusting

Through Pricerunner I bought a fridge on 8 Jul. Received a tracking email from a suspicious shipping company - shipping-kingdom.com, with a link no longer valid. I have been promised to have my fridge delivered in 7 working days. Then received a fake email about tracking details but the link is dead after a couple of days. I then contacted their customer service about the name of the shipping company, which turns out to be another fake company named Lord Shipping, or Lord DMD, with no contact method. I have never received my fridge. Now raised a dispute from the bank.

I should have realised this comapany was too good to be true but thought I would give it a go and use my credit card if something went wrong. They now say it takes 7 working days to proceess the order, different to their email saying they strive to deliver all orders within 3 working days. It has been 9 days with no communication. Further searches online says its a scam I will now go to my credit card company for a refund.
