Atrocious Postal Company

Order shipped from USA to Ireland via APC Postal Logistics on Jan 23rd 2026. Delivery due date of Feb 9th. Tracking updates were fine until it "cleared customs" in Amsterdam, NL on Jan 30th. Since then nothing but silence. No update to package tracking. No response from APC Pli support on any of my three separate support tickets. Shipper won't engage as they say it's still "in transit" despite missing the expected delivery date. I have used many different logistics companies for shipments from USA to Ireland and never have I experienced this level of incompetence. Avoid APC Postal Logistics at all costs if you value your time, your consignments and your sanity.

I placed an order in the U.K on the 21st of January 2026. I received my parcel today via Royal Mail 28th January. Considering the distance this has travelled it is remarkable, and this Company should be praised to the highest. I tracked it from the U.S A straight to my front door in North Wales.

My package was out for “delivery” 5 days ago and we haven’t received as of yet. I have messaged them multiple times asking them for a reason on why it hasn’t arrived. They have yet to “Give me a reason” on what happened when it was out for delivery 5 days ago. Worst experience!

Useless Service

I ordered a package 1 month ago, to come to Ireland worth over 100 euros {117 US Dollars} and still nothing yet. I contacted their customer service multiple times and still got no response. I even went in onto their website and contacted them through there and got an automatic reply saying - We know how important your package is and a member of our team will be with you shortly and ........ nothing. I even tracked down my package recently and it still says that my order has left APC an is on the way to your region still. Yes I know obviously packages from the US going over seas to us here in Ireland takes a while but a little help or response from APC would help a lot to tell me where it might be now live or if i'd ever get it now

I wished companies would stop using APC

My latest experience - ordered some trading cards internationally from a company that uses APC.

Got the e-mail from the company that it was shipped, but 5 days later there was still no update on the site other than that a label had been created. At this point, some of my peers in my country have already received their items. I e-mail the company and they asked me to just wait. APC's website is updated a few hours later to reflect that my shipment has been picked up and sent, Not sure if this was an APC issue or an issue with the company I ordered from tbh.

Fast forward about a week - my order has arrived in the country, but according to the UPS tracking it's stuck at customs. They can't clear the item for delivery and have been trying to contact the "receiver or importer" but I didn't receive anything. Last time this happened my package was delayed for days as well and UPS personally came to my apartment to get some additional info before they could clear customs because APC was unresponsive.

Doesn't seem like that big of a deal except international shipping costs an arm and a leg these days and it'd be nice to get items you purchased when you expect them.

what logistics company does not track…

what logistics company does not track their packages? APC Logistics, that is who.

Just like all the reviews here, ordered something and package is 1 month late now, it has not updates, so basically its lost.

APC says they dont track it they just sent it over with their hearts and hope it arrives to you.

DO NOT USE.

Unclear and unresponsive

I bought a shirt on etsy that shipped it with this company, because of the canada post strike it got delayed which isn't their fault. But, the package was supposed to be in Canada in November but it took them 3 months to go from New Jersey to New York. I contacted them to know where my package was and I got no answer (it's been a week). My package did end up getting to me, but it was very unclear which other company was going to deliver it

I would give them zero stars if I could. My package was supposedly received by them on Nov. 28th. Still no sign of it. No updates for tracking 3 weeks after they received it (still said waiting for package). Then they suddenly put 2 updates at the same time on Jan. 1st for Dec 13 and Dec 31. Then on Jan 6th, everything is gone, the tracking number is wrong, and they have not received the package yet. The only way to communicate with them is via email. I have tried 3 times with no response from them. ARRGH!

Unreliable Service and Poor Communication

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with APC Postal Logistics. My package has been stuck in Amsterdam since December 12 with no tracking updates. Despite reaching out to them, I received a generic response stating that delivery typically takes 4-9 business days and that delays “may happen.” It’s now well beyond their estimated timeline, and no clear explanation or resolution has been provided.

What’s even more disappointing is the lack of proactive communication or effort to escalate the issue. As the carrier, APC Postal Logistics should be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and addressing problems when delays occur, but they’ve failed on both fronts.

I cannot recommend their service, as they seem unable or unwilling to provide reliable delivery or meaningful customer support.

These people couldn’t deliver snow to the North Pole!

What an absolute joke these people are. Ordered a record via the U2 Shop, estimated delivery was 4-6 December. Have lodged numerous enquiries with APC Postal Logistics, who have done absolutely nothing! Currently 15 December and still waiting. These people need to look up what Customer Service is cause they have no friggin idea!
