Contacted the customer services who first offered a 30% refund but I had lost confidence in the product and asked for the total amount spent to be refunded which they did. Can't fault their customer service. Very good.

Fabulous company - Fast Delivery - Great Products
Fabulous company. Probably the fastest delivery I have ever encountered. My first purchase was a terrace sofa set with table. Delivered within 2 days of my ordering and fairly simple for me to put-together all by myself. Quality furniture. Two days later I decided I would purchase side chairs and a table for the terrace. Super price. Again, delivered within 48 yours. Oh, but wait, there's more. I have been on a roll this week. Yesterday, I ordered a terrace parasol because my terrace is really sunny and this is Spain and I just know it's going to get blazing hot. Last night, I ordered a huge parasol. Great pricing yet again. Twenty minutes ago my doorbell rang and it was the delivery man with the box. What??? from ordering to my door in under 24 hours?? how is this possible? So my project tomorrow will be to put together the parasol. I just have a hunch that I'm going to be ordering a bbq from these folks... and in the winter I will need a storage shed to protect all my purchases.

Excellent customer service
Good price, fast delivery. We did have an issue that package 3/3 did not arrive but this was down to Seur not Aosom. I contacted Aosom to let them know of the issue and i can not rate their customer service standards highly enough. They are superb.
I got a very fast, empathetic and apologetic first reply. They offered solutions for me to choose from and they kept in touch. Eventually the missing psckage arrived and i got a 10% discount.
I dealt with Carlos who was simply brilliant. Thank you Carlos.
I would definitely recommend Aosom and i will shop with them again

Don't buy here
Very bad experience as they work with SEUR in Spain and the latter is a disaster. Products did not arrive in time. Cost me almost 100 Euro to call SEUR (no free number) and get the product. Then the product was wrong but could not be picked up by SEUR. I had to drive 40km to Malaga and bring it back. As long as Aosom works with SEUR I strongly recommend not to buy there. Of course Aosom just blames SEUR for everything and their support to help customer ist almost zero
