Nothing special about Aosom Customer service
The service was average and the process for returning the goods was way too much effort due self assembly and dis assembly where too much effort was required by the customer . We therefore reluctantly accepted the alternative

Great chair and great price
Great chair and great price, easy to put together and my elderly dad is very happy and more comfortable. However the bottom part arrived the next day but the top part a day after which was a bit frustrating and not made clear. Otherwise great.

Outstanding service
I found the item I wanted at a better price than other retailers. Ordering was very straightforwrd and quick.
The gate I ordered is absolutely perfect for keeping my house cats indoors whilst allowing in some fresh air. It's a good quality, sturdy gate for a very fair price.
Delivery was free and my parcel arrive at my home les than 48 hours after I placed the order. Outstanding service.
It was my first purchase from Aosom but I will definitely be visiting the site again when I'm looking to buy anything.

Nice little gate
Nice little gate. One quick point to note: there is a solid bar across the bottom, so don't try to add height by installing it higher than the ground. For a toddler or smallish dog it should be fine.
