I was frustrated by the slowness of your website to confirm my order. After 30 minutes, and no confirmation, I shut down to get on with life.
Next day, an email advised I still had an order in my basket.
Tried again. No improvement.
Patience running out but I decided to call customer service. Fortunately, the situation was resolved quickly and efficiently. I would not have been amenable to bring asked to go back and try again, as a customer.
Thank you to your customer service reps who obviously get it!

AOR makes high-end products, right here in Canada. And sells them cheaper in Canada than in the USA, along with a clear and seamless sales experience.

AOR has been amazing. I had no problem cancelling an order when I needed to. The products come quickly. The last thing I will say is that I have done ALOT of research on the methylation tests out there, and I chose the “my blueprint” test from AOR. After speaking with the geneticist directly I was convinced this is the best test available and the price was also the best in comparison. AOR has been amazing!

Love the products. First time I ordered directly from AOR the and the delevery was fast.

The website is poor and I am concerned about security. When an order is placed the summary page appears but it also signs me out of the website. How can it display my order if I am not signed in? How can I actually sign out?

I have bought a few AOR brand items and I really liked the product. This time I ordered directly from their site and I was extremely impressed with the time it took to get my order. Within minutes of me placing my order I received am email saying my stuff was getting ready and a few hours later another email saying it was ready to be shipped. I received the items the following morning.
Very impressed with how quickly I got my stuff!

Twice now, I went into my account to make changes to a suppliment subscription…. when I’ve made my changes, the system requires me to set a date for this scheduled order to begin ! I cannot imput the curant days date - you web system REQUIRES A FUTURE DATE ! Both times, I chose the next day ! But when this is procesed, I end up recieving TWO ORDERS !!!! One for the actual day I made the changes AND the SECOUND ORDER, the FUTURE date I was made to choose (the next day) !!!!

And today (the secound time this is happening), the order I’m being sent (processed today) is SOMEHOW before I added the secound product to my subscription !!!!!! So I’m being charged the $10 shipping charge !!!
But I try to always go over the minimum to qualify for free shipping !!!
As I did today, in making this subscription for the PCOS suppliment & the B complete ultra, once a month, STARTING TOMORROW March 24th
