Anywhere Rooter

On 7/24/2026, Anywhere Rooter is located at 2290 Chambers Rd, Dept. D, Aurora, CO 80011, email address, and telephone number 720-506-3640 was called due to a leak in a greywater pipe in our basement. When they responded, my wife was home, and they quoted a price verbally of $5,200 to cut out a portion of the pipe and reinstall it. When they completed the work, they demanded $7,200, and the service rep demanded that my wife immediately give them positive feedback. My wife repeatedly asked for an itemized receipt, and they have not supplied it. I called them today, and the person on the line was uncooperative and stated multiple lies, like they had tried repeatedly to contact my wife, which they had not. My wife and I are seniors, and they obviously took advantage of my wife and essentially extorted $2,000 extra from her for the work which should have cost no more than $3,00 in total. I am 72 years old, and my wife is 68. If I were available at the time, I would have raised several questions. We believe that this company deliberately took advantage of our age for nefarious gain. We now believe that they broke the law in this matter, and we will seek relief in any way possible.
