For a while, I took a 3-month fitness membership from Anytimes fitness Twickenham branch to try it out. I paid and left saying that I would let them know later when I would start. I did not receive the digital key, which they call FOB key, which allows you to enter the gym. After a while, there was an earthquake in Turkey and I could not go to the gym at all. In the meantime, I was charged 151 pounds. I had to pay 54x3=162 pounds for 3 months.
I have now found out that even though the 3-month contract is over, they are extending my membership every month on their own initiative, which I have not even seen once and they did not even give me the key to use it. They did not allow me to use the days I paid for. On top of that they want another 133 pounds. And what I'm most upset about is being made a fool of. I earn my money through effort, I'm not stealing from anyone.
If you want to make money from me, you have to provide a service. And to provide a service, you have to give me a key.
Shame on you!

This place is a great gym. I highly recommend it because the staff is friendly and the gym has great equipment. Not crowded and super busy which means there aren't issues getting on the equipment either.

Anytime Fitness in Oconomowoc on Summit Ave
has a wonderful atmosphere, great trainers and state of the art equipment. They offer Boot Camps, Personal Training and one on one training. Injury? No problem these trainers know a great deal about Sport Medicine and can help you work through your injuries by modifications. This gym offers a very clean and comfortable atmosphere.
Give it a try for 2 Weeks ask for Lisa and tell her Kristine sent you. :)

Anytime Fitness would be your only option in the Philippines if you want to go to the gym but you leave work at 3AM. I've been a member since mid December and it's all good but I had to move to a condominium with its own gym so had to cancel this. I went to their El Pueblo, Manila branch on July 1, which is the payment due date for the month. And they would not cancel! The staff turned her computer monitor so she can point to me that the system already generated the charge and I cancelled a day late. I'm broke and can only pay by end of month. I was told to email them this. And they said Noted. BUT then they cut my access. I already told them I can only afford to pay the monthly fee+penalty by the end of July, afterwhich the memebership will finally be cancelled. They insist I pay for a month even if they won't let me use it. I sent a complaint to our Department of Trade and Industry.

It is a standard gym, most branches I have been to are on the smaller side. The issues I've had are with the long contract terms and fluctuating prices, and of course the occasional bad management. With it being the only gym with actual weights in my area(the only other option is Planet Fitness) it is a good pick.

Regarding a location in Grand Haven Michigan, BEWARE... Greed supersedes Knowledge and Character when dealing with Owners and Employees. Very disappointing after seeing the potential will never be reality.

Love this gym so much. No hate, I am able to lift to my hearts content all around the world. As a world traveler, this gym is so convenient! Though I wish the Japan branch was not to discriminative against tattoos. Feel less free lifting with covers or long shirts and pants. Especially when some gyms do not state this "rule" but stop you mid-lift to tell you to cover or leave. But being a different country not much you can do!

Love the idea of anytime fitness ,that i can access gym anytime in the world with only one key no extra price

Been with them over one year and got enough. The equipments are new and good but the level of service very poor. There isn't any changing room only 5 privet shower rooms with basin and toilet in same place with stupid shower which you need to turn on every 2 minus. Sometimes you need to wait 10 minutes to find one free. The shower room can get very filthy at afternoon as it cleans once a day (was told twice a day but never seen any clean it at afternoon). There isn’t any heating in shower room, only under floor heating which they hardly switch one to save energy (money)

In my last visit they run the gym at 13C and when I asked the manager to increase the temperature he refused and it was the last straw.
