Slice like a ninja, cut like a razorblade!
Order AS-40843
Ordered on 18/8/26 and they arrived today,(20/8) 10 minutes later I've sharpened all 4 of our decent kitchen knives and they are like razors!! Had an extra ripe tomato ready and I sliced it into 3mm widths, never had a knife so sharp, ordered some scissors also to qualify for a free 'extra pair' of scissors. Very pleased and happy with my purchase.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
I ordered a pro knife sharpener and an evo knife sharpener and then to bring it over £30 to get a free pair of the smart scissors I ordered a set of the spare blades.
Upon arrival there were no scissors in the package so I emailed them asking them to send them out. I got a reply from Stewart (I assume he is the business owner) saying that when I was on the basket/checkout page a pop up would have appeared inviting me to accept the free scissors. As I had not ticked the pop up that’s why I hadn’t received them.
I didn’t remember seeing the pop up but I accepted his explanation. However as it was clear that I had put in an order over £30 and had expected the scissors wouldn’t you think that any self respecting and honourable business owner would have said fair enough they are on the way? I’d have been happy to pay for the postage.
Not Stewart! As I had not ticked the pop up box he point blank refused to send them.
I said I’ll just return the 3 items for a refund then. He said just make sure they are returned in the same packaging and condition as I received them or I wouldn’t be getting a refund.
The guy has absolute zero customer service skills.
Having tried both the sharpeners I can genuinely say that there may be a minuscule difference in the sharpness of the knife blades but not enough to warrant the prices charged. Waste of money.
