Exceptionally good customer service.
I received a whisky which was not what I was looking for and when I informed the company they arranged for it to be picked up the next day at no expense to myself and a complete refund.
As I am several hundreds of miles away from them, this is exceptionally good service..

Amazing service
Amazing service, fairly local to them I realise but ordered at 11:30am and delivered just over 2 hours later, and with free mixers that were not expected, I'm tempted to take the afternoon off work! Will definitely use again. Thank you.
