Defective bordering dangerous and no customer support
I’m really disappointed I’ve reached out to AnyCubic on several platforms regarding a wiring or motor issue on an x axis of a 2 month old Kobra S1 combo that I found banging and shaking with the enclosure door busted open and print head hanging off! It’s a dangerous product and the machine has told me it’s a wiring or motor platform why is it taking so long to resolve?! AnyCubic Amazon support no use either! Happened with issues with Kobra 3 and ace last year- barely any customer support and again unresolved as I chalked it up to new user error! This is not new user error .. DONT BUY for the sake of the rubbish customer service alone don’t buy

I am very disappointed with Anycubic and strongly advise others to be cautious.
I ordered a Wash & Cure Max directly from their official website, but instead I received a Wash & Cure 3 — a completely different and lower-tier product. This is not a minor mistake, it is a serious fulfillment failure.
As if that wasn’t enough, the M7 Max resin printer I received was also damaged upon arrival. Receiving one wrong product and one damaged product in the same order clearly shows a complete lack of quality control.
What is even worse is the total absence of customer support. I have been trying to contact them for over a week, including submitting a ticket through their official website, and I have received no response at all. This level of neglect toward customers is unacceptable.
At this point, I feel ignored and frustrated. I am posting this review in the hope that Anycubic will finally respond and take responsibility for these issues.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been consistently disappointing.
I placed an Early Bird order and paid within the first 30 minutes, expecting priority handling. Instead, the delivery was delayed beyond the originally communicated timeframe.
After multiple follow-ups, support assured me that my order would be prioritized and offered TPU filament as compensation, specifically so I could start production immediately without wasting time calibrating third-party materials.
The printer eventually arrived, but the TPU filament was not included in the shipment, despite the clear agreement to send it together. I followed up again, and for over two weeks I have received no response. The filament has not been delivered, and the issue has simply been ignored.
To make matters worse, the printer arrived with a noticeable abnormal noise coming from the unit. I reached out to technical support regarding this as well, but I have not received any meaningful assistance or resolution.
At this point, it feels like promises are made during support conversations but not actually followed through.
If you are buying this for hobby use, you might tolerate these issues. If you rely on it for business, I would strongly reconsider — delays, lack of follow-through, and unresponsive support can quickly become a serious problem.

Unfortunately, their support is trying to rip me off. They're trying to make me believe the warranty has expired. In Germany, the warranty is two years, and I bought it on September 9, 2024, meaning the warranty should end on September 8, 2026. It's currently March 25, 2026, and the problem has existed for five months, and Anycubic has been aware of it for that long.

I reached out to customer support and had the pleasure of speaking with Mark, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. Honestly the support from the Anycubic is freaking awesome. Happy, supportive, responsive, and fix the issues fast.

The very first and last thing I ordered from this company did not arrive. they charged me the right amount but sent the very wrong item. They do not have direct customer service and they haven't responded the service request I submitted through their AI agent for over a week. They did even email me to acknowledge receipt if my request. I ended up charging back my payment. This company has terrible fill filament and nonexistent customer support.

I experienced an issue with my printer and looked for resolution through the Anycubic web site. I found it and opened a trouble ticket. The Service Support team responded very quickly and now I have a new part on its way. Great job, I'm impressed with the response and accuracy in analyzing my issue.
