The company Any Lamp are very competative. There prlces are very reasonable. I ordered them to keep in stock in case we need to replace our bulbs. We have 2 Sox outdoor lighting.
We have not used them as yet but they look exactly right.

Did xactly as set out in their wen site
I was attracted by the very competitively priced bulbs and the ordering process was easy and straight forward. From that point I was updated with information about the progress of my order, The order arrived well packed and in good order within three days of ordering. I would certainly use Any Lamp in the future.

In the track and trace system still information The parcel could not be delivered as the consignee was absent, but I am still at home and waiting for delivery. Nobody call me on my phone, nobody knock on the door, nobody ring on the bell

No delivery still awaiting refund!
Placed order and paid with PayPal which took 7 days as this was thought to be an untrusted web site. After the payment cleared and several calls and no delivery I decided to cancel. Still awaiting refund ! Having to contact PayPal as they are useless, lied told me items dispatched then said items were out of stock. Excuses excuses !

Very poor communication
One of the lamps was out of stock but I didn't know this until I phoned Any Lamp 2 weeks after I had placed the order to find out where my lamps were. They were eventually delivered 19 days after I placed the order despite paying £4.95 for shipping.

Generally very good although delivery a bit slow
On the whole, good experience. A large selection of control gear on offer that's hard to source elsewhere. However, Philips product shown as '23 in stock and ready for delivery' actually came from Holland and so took a few days! Not a big issue as I would happily use again but would verbally check on stock first in the future.
