If you haven’t already, please open a ticket via your customer account (or our contact form) with your order number and delivery details. Our service team will check what happened (tracking + carrier data) and, if needed, report the issue to the transport company so it doesn’t happen again.

I ordered 2 tires on 9 February 2026 . One tire came in 3 days and the second after 30 days they not delivered. I don't recommend this site.

An order can be split into multiple parcels due to transport constraints, but a 30‑day delay for the second tire is clearly not the experience we want you to have. Delivery times can vary depending on the carrier network, holidays, or unforeseen disruptions, but we understand how frustrating this is.

I ordered a set of 4 summer tires…

I ordered a set of 4 summer tires (Order RO-0226-00731), but I have only received 3. The last tire has been stuck at the BRT Palmanova sorting center in Italy since March 3rd.

Although I opened a support ticket with Anvelopelider on March 6th, the response was disappointing—simply asking for 'more details' instead of taking action, even though the tracking clearly shows the item is stalled.

I opened support ticket with the courier also and was promised that it would ship on Friday 6 March, but nothing has changed, still stuck in Palmanova.

Do I recommend Anvelopelider? No.
Customer support is slow, done only through a ticketing sistem, there's no live support.

I already shared all the information about the received products, parcel numbers, pictures, tracking number of the missing parcel in the support ticket.

I opened tickets with the carriers in my country(DPD) and Italy(BRT), ticket numbers were shared in the support ticket.

I'm just left to hope that the last tyre will arrive soon.

- The tracking number for the missing tire
- A short confirmation that **3/4 tires were delivered** and only **1 remains at BRT Palmanova since March 3rd**

Regarding the request for “more details”: while the tracking is helpful, the carrier often requires specific confirmation (delivered quantities, labels/tracking reference, delivery address/contact) before they can officially investigate. That said, we agree the situation needs **active follow-up**, not just a generic reply.

Finally, about support channels: our assistance is mainly handled via the **secure ticketing system** to keep everything traceable and processed by the right team. We understand it can feel slow in urgent cases, and your feedback is noted.

Purchased 2 motorcycle tyres

Purchased 2 motorcycle tyres. Site said delivery within one week for both. 1 month and 1 week later, just one of the tyres arrived (after 3 weeks), the other hasn't arrived still. Customer service is dismissive and doesn't help saying it's "looking into it", but after 3 weeks still hasn't resolved or even explained what the issue is.
I've decided to cancel the order and get my money back, but customer service says it can't cancel an order once shipped, meaning I could wait God knows for how long for no fault of my own, other than using their service.
Furthermore, I intend to contact the ANPC (consumer protection agency) and get it sorted out cause this is unacceptable.
Avoid if you can get what you're looking for elsewhere.

Please note that orders can be split into multiple parcels due to transport constraints, but this should not result in weeks without a clear explanation. Regarding cancellation: once a parcel is marked as shipped, there are specific constraints, and our service after-vente team must review what can be done in your case in line with our terms and applicable consumer-protection rules.

If you reply to your existing ticket with your order number and the latest tracking details you have (especially for the missing tyre), our agents will be able to investigate faster and come back to you with a written, actionable solution. We of course respect the consumer protection laws applicable in each country where we operate, as described in our CGV.

Good experience overall

Good DOT all the time that I ordered tyres on this site and it's already the 3rd time. Good delivery time and also fair prices in my opinion. No problems at all with all the tyres ordered until now.

My first 4 orders dated 2026 of 14…

My first 4 orders dated 2026 of 14 tyres paid in advance (RO-0126-00133, RO-0126-00240, RO-0126-00572, RO-0126-00715) were not delivered and the cash was refound after 30 days.
I am extremely disapointed about this experience and the way they are managing the customer care.

No refund

Ordered a more than one month ago, no information provided on when they will actually deliver my tire. My request for a refund is unanswered and they act like I've did not tell them I want a refund. So in summary, order not received, refund not received, and I don't know when I am going and if I am going to get either of them.

02/03/2026: Nowhere in the messages between me and you have you confirmed that my refund is pending. You never acknowledged my request for a refund. My review still stand until I received a refund.

Very large offer of tires and rims. I ordered multiple times your products. I am very demanding when I choose rims and especially tires (only the best). I was allways very happy with my purchase, with only one exception (once I ordered a set of rims and the package contained only 19 nuts, instead of 20).
