I got what wanted and I loved the merchandise.

I am trying to contact the company regarding my purchase. I ordered on 10 August and have heard nothing. I’m wondering if I am going to even receive my articles?

Worst company ever. Clearly they are a fraudulent company that says you can return items that are not returnable. They offered me $8.00 for a dress I purchased for $40. I ordered a medium and I'm sure this dress would fit an XL woman. They kept making me offers from $8 to $13 to $23 and then said I had to pay to return it to Dubai. They are liars - the website says the make and deliver from Georgia which is absolutely not true. I reported them to the BBB and Facebook DO NOT BY FROM THEM!!!

The sizes tend to run small so I’ve been ordering a size bigger.

The sweater took a little longer than I thought would to be delivered, however, I love the sweater. The quality is great, I’m a Large but reading other reviews I got an XL. The fit it good everywhere except the sleeves are a bit long. Happy with my choice of size overall. I’ll get a lot of wear with with sweater. Wish it came in other colors as I’d order more

Anutal has lots of cute stuff, I ordered a couple things, (it did take a little bit of time to receive the order) I love my top but had a little issue with the dress, they took care of it with no problem so I very please with my order and the customer service,

If only I could give 0 stars….NO stars at all. Because of an item I received and wanted to return, they absolutely have NO address to return it…..and because of it, I am now having issues with my bank about it. The bank entered a dispute and gave me credit on the item but according to the bank this so called company told them I received the item so the bank added the money back on my account ..WHAT A BIG MESS THIS COMPANY HAS CAUSED ME! DONT ORDER FROM THEM, VERY DISHONESTY, unless you are planning to keep your item because they have NO address to return it…. VERY UNHAPPY. B Skoler
