If I could give them zero I would This site is a scam. The pictures do not match the website pics or description. It said linen//cotton and what I got was polyester. None of the dresses looked like the website.
On top of it, they will not send me a return label even though their return policy states they will pay for it to ship back. None of the items have a tag of any kind about fabric or care. When you try to return they tell you to keep the items for a 50% refund. I would not even donate these clothes they are so bad.

Incorrect item sent. Fake item sent and wrong colour. Have contacted customer service multiple times with no constructive help, and twice have been ignored. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

Scammers! They sent clothing that looks nothing like what was advertised and sent me on a wild goose chase to send back the product for a month. They also made me pay for the postage to send their god awful, Poundland Halloween costumes Even their site is sketchy, only showing positive reviews and number of purchases. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I made an order over a month ago. The order never got delivered to my address, and it dropped off Shop tracking. I find Shop tracking useless anyway. When I went on Arnuvogel site to try to contact them, the verification didn't work at all. This company is a sham.

Ordered what looked like a suede coat paid £53.00 and when it came it was a long SHIRT Sooooo peed off 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Customer Service wants to charge me for return shipment of the wrong item, and only partially refund the price of the item purchased but not delivered.
Also I sent it back at my cost. Then they said I needed a return number.
So no refund 3 months on. And they have the wrong product back as well.
Massive scam.

Cheap and nasty, don't waste your money. Bought a flying jacket from them, when it arrived it didn't even resemble the pictures on the advertisement. Tried to return it but no reply to the emails 😕

I ordered a 3XL White Sox muscle shirt. It is NOT a 3XL. I have requested 3 friggin times to get a refund, and heard nothing but crickets. SCAM company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! They really deserve zero effin stars!

What people are saying is 100% true do not order they will send you the incorrect item and then expect you to pay for your return. This is a scam!

I ordered four shirts from Guangzhou Guanhong Garment Co., Ltd., through their website, Anurvogel com, but the items were too small. Despite following the return policy and shipping the items back at personal expense, the customer has not received a refund of $113.00. Attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful, as their phone line disconnects immediately, and there has been no response to emails. The customer seeks the Better Business Bureau's assistance in resolving this dispute. their advertisement displaying men wearing cowboy shirts labeled as S, M, L, XL, and XXL. However, this is misleading because the largest size available, which I ordered, corresponds to a size 22 rather than the expected size range of 48–52.

Ordered a brown suede looking coat costing £71, was sent the cheapest of multicolored hoodies. Have argued and sent endless messages about my issue, but either ignored or told to return at my costs also any costs that might arise from custom check, which they obviously are going to inflate to give me a lesser refund. Avoid at all costs they are scammers.

Not even a 1 star stuff came absolute rubbish and no way to return not responding to emails do not use

I ordered a dress , hat and belt for a country and western event ( late October ). The dress arrived, but was too small. They offered a partial refund as the return policy is deliberately hard and expensive. I immediately ordered the same dress in a larger size ( by now we were in mid November) the hat and belt never showed up. When queried ( when finally, the "contact us form" worked ) they informed me it had been shipped ( it had not ). I checked my order details on the site and the order was sitting in unshipped. I could only contact the company via reply email to the original email. I queried as to why it was unshipped ? I was told that there was no contact phone number on the order ( keep in mind, the original dress was delivered ) Then I was was contacted and told the order had been cancelled due to unspecified reasons. I was offered a refund ( I of course took it ) I still have not received the second dress as of 28th November. I checked the order history and the dress is now sitting in unshipped !!! I have been trying to contact the company for the past 2 weeks and am getting no reply ( again not through the " contact us form" as it does not work ! ) Do not buy from this site ( the dress is available on other sites ) Too late for me now ! I have never left a bad review in mybentire life, but the customer service is appalling!

SCAM don’t buy anything

Products are nowhere near to quality of pictures. I asked for return and never got an answer...

I ordered an brown outdoor jacket/coat. An item arrived
that was nothing like the item ordered.
They sent me a cheap,poor quality multicoloured hoodie. Can't contact them won't reply to any emails sent to their so called customer service.
Obviously scammers.

ZERO STARS!!! Do not purchase from this company.!! I hesitantly purchased three shirts from this company for my son for Christmas, The T-shirts arrived and nothing like what I had ordered. I had ordered cotton NBA T-shirts in which I was given an Alaskan print in a silky looking shirt, a good earth print shirt in a microfiber type material. When reached out to this company to Resolve my issues their customer service is not very good. They do not offer a full refund nor do they offer free return shipping for exchange to correct purchase which was their mistake ($23)
