Es war ganz einfach Antrag24.de zu benutzen. I originally struggled on the German government site before trying Antrag24.de. I needed copies of my birth certificate and within approximately 2-3 weeks, they arrived in the mail. It cost a few dollars more but so worth it.

SCAM! I paid the fee that was asked of me on the Internet, had to wait 4 full weeks to get the birth certificate...with a little note saying that I still owed 12€ to some Rechtsanwalt of whom there was no mention when I put in the demand.

For someone from another country the customer service was excellent, smooth process, and very quick response. I truly expected the process to take several months, if not longer to complete. It was only 3 weeks to a month before I received the document. I am a very satisfied customer.

It took quite a while to get the Certificate needed but when we received it was exactly what we needed and we will be ordering other certificates for my wife thank you so much

Have to admit I was skeptical, however received my Brith Certificate about two weeks after I received an email saying they had found it. Very excited to have it again after all these years!
