Extremely limited availability. Most stock instantly grabbed up by resllers using bots. Glad I managed to get one but I don't need the rest of the bundle.

The packaging sucks. it was sent on a plastic envelope. The box was damaged and I can't put it on my display now because it has a big hole on it. everything else was as expected.

Antonline think people stay at home 24/7 to wait for a package. That we have no job and we are glued to our house. So I missed the UPS delivery because I was at work. So I called up UPS and ask if I can pick it up at one of their store. So they told me that Antonline disabled all options. Basically the only way to get the package is to sit at home and wait for it. From 7 in the morning to 7 at night. So I tried to call Antonline and they said they can’t do anything about it. Worse online store ever!!

This is the third time I have ordered something from Antonline and it has always been a breeze 10/10 highly recommended

This is a shortage item so it was only available in a bundle. I could use most of the bundle due to the size of my family but I'm sure usage would be very limited for most buyers. The bundle price was also taken at MSRP + a premium, whereas every bundle item can be had at a steep discount which increased the premium to near-scalper levels. The included software was 4 years old and had already been 'pulled'/decommed by the developer so it was an awful value. There was also not enough bot/scalper deterrent so I barely got this item but I'm sure most of these were resold by scalpers.

The Series X bundle (Console-$500, Elite 2 CTRL-$180, Forza 7(2019)-$40, Microsoft WIRED headset$60, GPU 3 Month-$45) $825 price was based on individual items going for MSRP vs. current market markdown. At the time of purchase ant online listed the Elite 2 CTRL for $180, but they also had the Elite 2 as a bundle with Forza 7 for $170. Whatever... The experience was fine, but Ant online and other retailers are taking advantage of the demand for the Series X by bundling it with dead stock.

Everything was delivered in a very timely manner which was great. The issue was with the restrictions placed in the shipment by antonline, I was unable to change delivery time or date, this was an issue since I would not be home at the delivery times. I had to wait for the next day when I would be at home.

Painless transaction from start to finish. Fair pricing, prompt shipping, immediate tracking and delivered ahead of what I expected. Packaged perfectly, no damage and everything was as ordered. Really looking forward to purchasing through Antonline.com again.

Purchasing was easy and shipping was good. FedEx had a delay of a few days but that isn't Antonline's fault. Equipment arrived in perfect condition.

Package arrived on time and promptly. Contents were in good condition except for the Nintendo Switch box, which was dented on a corner. This is not a cause for concern as the contents inside should be ok. If anything, I would have wanted the package to be packed a lot better with bubble wrap and not paper filling.
