I found your site very difficult to…
I found your site very difficult to navigate.
The customer service people I contacted did well but in general service was poor.
I tried to cancel the order was told it hadn’t been processed and that should be fine.
The order was eventually sent out I couldn’t track it and it arrived 2 days before my departure, even after cancelling it.
I would not buy from your company again.

Was the perfect size for cabin luggage
Was the perfect size for cabin luggage. Lightweight and roomy made it easy to fit a lot in without effort. I was surprised by how much it took. Love the very easy to clean material too. Just wipe over with a damp cloth and marks vanished. It folds away easily after use and looks good all the time. Thank you!
