Order came in over 3 weeks after stating shipping in 3 - 5 days. No battery or charging cord. Was told to take a picture and they would see what the problem is. Only one item, the shawl, was in the package.
Ordered a product on December 5 2024 which i never received. After multiple messages to support, I demanded a full refund.
This will be reported to the proper authorities, as I still have not received a refund.
The quality of both items was impressive. The floral dress has vibrant colors and a flattering cut, while the men's shapewear is comfortable, supportive, and discreet. Both are manufactured with excellent detail and made of robust materials. Would recommend.
The floral dress is absolutely beautiful. The pattern is vibrant and elegant, truly capturing the spirit of spring and summer. It fits perfectly, flowing in all the right places, making it very flattering. The V-neck design adds a chic touch. On the other hand, the men's shapewear is impressive. It provides enough control yet is comfortable and invisible under clothing. Both items exhibit exceptional quality.
NOT a good experience! I made a purchase but didn’t like the fit and requested a return. You have to jump through several hoops including three different pictures, which I sent. Only then was I told that it would cost me and them too much to return the item and could they just refund me $5 and I could keep the $50 purchase. I then told them no I would rather return it because I didn’t like it. They upped the refund to $7. I still said no and they suggested I try to resell the item on my own. They NEVER gave a return address and kept saying the return shipping charge would be too much. I ended up with a $10 refund for a fifty dollar purchase. I never even had the opportunity to check out return shipping fees.
Their website CLAIMS to have a return policy, but they do not honor it!! BEWARE!!!
It is absolutely worth every penny. I am truly happy with this purchase. The Large Size V-neck Floral Dress fits just right. The Men's Body Shapewear is also a great buy. The print is stunning and the fabric is surprisingly comfortable. It shapes and smoothens very well without causing any discomfort.
