To clarify, at the time this review was left, your order was still within the delivery timeframe shown on our website. We responded to your message the same day and explained that the shipment was slightly delayed due to circumstances outside our control, and that it was expected to arrive one to two days beyond the estimated window.
When you later requested to cancel, we processed your refund promptly once the stock arrived, so the matter was resolved as quickly as possible from our side.
We completely understand that delays can be frustrating, and we always aim to communicate clearly and resolve issues quickly and fairly. Happy I Used Them
Took a chance on them as I had never heard of them, but their prices were so much better than other sellers. Bought a Safe and Sound Pro 2 RF meter on Thursday evening, it was delivered Saturday morning. Calibration certificate inside was mid November, thus new stock. Great price, great service.
