Our flat sale was quite complex - it was shared ownership and the property needed remediation work for cladding. The housing association who owned half of the flat are known for their incompetence and we had been pre-warned by friends that their delays had compromised previous sales. Nishat Rohim & Andrew Weir navigated all of these issues, managing to get our sale through by the buyers cut off of the stamp duty deadline (3 months from the offer, which was super tight).
