We bought a Suzuki Swift from Anthony Betts in June and were satisfied with the service and the outcome.

We knew what we wanted and our salesman made it happen.

Car was ready for collection when they said it would, no problems

Car was picked up at 11.55am when it was due to be collected between 8 and 11. The young man did apologise but I stayed in, instead of going to a talk. I would have been home by 11.30.
Everything else went well.

I had my first service, MOT and AC repair/service. The car was booked in over two separate weeks as parts required. The work was done and I'm happy

Collected a bit later than the prescribed time. It was a service so no reason to think anything was as it should have been. As per usual the car was clean nicely after service.

From the time I walked in I had first class service. Directed to Mr Hobbs car sales and within a short time I had done a deal. One suzuki for another suzuki. Debbie in accounts was superb and quickly sorted out the paper work.

Ifti helped us transition from a Hybrid car to an EV, he explained the pros and cons, and made the process simple and easy.

while looking for a new car i was helped by Ifti Khan, one of the staff at the branch. He was very polite and helpful when it come to booking a test drive and later purchasing a vehicle. The team were very friendly and offered drinks and a seating area while you wait, which really makes you feel comfortable while you’re there.

After purchasing a suzuki from a car supermarket vender, and receiving a faulty car, i was nervous about buying another suzuki. From start to finish, Robert from Anthony Betts was nothing but reassuring and helpful in my purchase of a like for like suzuki. Due to the situation i was in in returning the other car, Robert was knowledgeable and helpful throughout. I have unfortunately been unlucky with my last two cats and I am really happy with my new car from Anthony Betts and the service i received. Even when i have contacted in for advice afterwards he has continued to respond and be helpful towards me. Would definitely recommend.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new car from this garage. I made the 4-hour round trip to visit them based on the excellent reviews I'd read beforehand, and I'm pleased to say they absolutely lived up to the reputation.

From the moment I called, Andrew was incredibly helpful and arranged a same-day test drive, which was a huge plus. I especially appreciated that they allowed us to take the car out unsupervised, as I much prefer being able to get a proper feel for a vehicle without any pressure.

Andrew was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to my concerns about whether the car was the right fit for me. Rather than trying to persuade me, he answered all my questions clearly and honestly, giving me the information I needed to make an informed decision.

The whole process was smooth and efficient, with just four days from test drive to collection. Communication throughout was excellent, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy additional products or extras. Everything was explained clearly, and the decisions were left entirely up to me.
