OFFREA SOLVARI NIET DOEN !!!!

Op 1/9/2021 heb ik een contract afgesloten met OFFREA. Op vrijdag 17 februari 2023 is er een contact geweest tussen mijzelf en SOLVARI via videocall. Hierbij werd mee gedeeld dat OFFREA ophoudt te bestaan en overgenomen is door SOLVARI. Er werd mij voorgesteld een nieuw contract met SOLVARI af te sluiten.
Bij het afsluiten van mijn contract met OFFREA is mij ook verzekerd dat de overgebleven credits konden worden opgewerkt na de beëindiging van het contract. In de algemene voorwaarden (die ik pas later heb ontvangen) staat nochtans dat de overgebleven credits dan verloren zijn.
De situatie is nu de volgende: Ik kan geen opdrachten meer kopen via OFFREA en op de website van SOLVARI kan ik enkel inloggen als ik akkoord ga met de algemene voorwaarden. Dit ga ik zeker niet doen. Ik heb nog een tegoed van 244 credits ter waarde van ongeveer 500 euro, dit zal ik dus kwijt zijn.
Een goede raad: NIET DOEN.
