Well, I was late on a payment and there was a misunderstanding and it looked like everything was about to go poorly, but the problem got escalated to a person who was kind, understanding and had the ability to correct the injustice in a way that completely satisfied me and our business needs. It means a lot when a large company can make accommodations and exercise flexibility to the benefit of it's clients - even if the client is just a small business with a small account. We just started using Answer Force 2 weeks ago and we have been so impressed with the quality of their Call Center service! They have continued to work with us to update our Call script and flow so that we are now getting more conversions that previously - and Answer Force has also allowed us to greatly reduce the amount we were spending on hiring Call Center Reps directly.
